This business is run by a woman and her two sons, who each operate frequency broadcasting machines, and they don't hesitate to attack with their laser pulses. They are all crack cocaine addicts. My room was inbetween rooms occupied by her sons. The room was adequate but there is no wifi and the frequent laser pulse attacks deserve "zero stars". A lot of foul language and threats from the sons which the owner did not try to stop. These people are criminals and shouldn't be allowed to run a motel. This is a terrible place to stay on vacation.

Mom and Pop kind of place, or maybe, just a Mom, who is a hoot to visit with. Located just off Highway 50, lots of eating establishments near by, no breakfast supplied. Inexpensive. However, the rooms are small, half are upstairs, not really wheel chair friendly. Not a lot of outlets, so if you need to charge phones/ipads, you'll have to unplug the microwave or air conditioner. Bathrooms are small, but adequate, good water pressure. Lots of street noise. Some smell of cigarette smoke from years past, non smoking now. If you're interested in a 1950's style motel and supporting local businesses, it's a winner. Accept the price and don't worry about the lack of amenities.

$250 for a week of sewage. Sterted second day after I moved in. Could not use shower or bath. Smell of sewage and drain cleaner. Owner out of town and pseudo managers no help whatsoever. No other rooms available partially because other rooms had same problem. Owner promised refund but I have not seen it yet today 31 July 2019. Prongs cut off from power cords to fit old out of date wall outlets. Made complaint to Fremont County, CO dept of health and safety. Absolutely CANNOT recomend this motel.

Built in the 50’s, this cute motor inn has updates to the furniture, but the quaintness of the motel remains. If you have to have things shiny and new this is not the place for you, but if you like the retro cozy feel, and you don’t mind a dated room, then check this place out. I liked how clean it was, and how cozy the room was. The bed was so nice. Really soft sheets and a expensive mattress gave me a restful night. I worried about traffic noise, but as soon as we closed the door we didn’t hear it as much. The place is solidly built. The rustic style gave it a cabin feel inside. If you like to support locally owned businesses, check it out.
