Stay was totally unplanned, was just passing through the Colorado Springs area. Booked online, showed up about an hour later with a warm welcoming from Tom. Room decor was beautiful, bed was comfy. Rural neighborhood was quiet and cozy. Overall very pleased with the stay.

Occasionally, last minute lodging reservations work out to be an unexpected treat! Glad that you located our Colorado mountain inn and enjoyed your brief visit. Please think of Adobe Inn at Cascade the next time you "pass through" the Pikes Peak region. Thank you!

Located on a pretty highway to Manitou and Colorado Springs, Adobe Inn is nestled in the quiet mountain community of Cascade. The inn has a great Southwest feel that cannot be easily forgotten. Actually, it was built as a summer residence at the base of Pikes. Though it has been in existence within the popular Ute Pass area since 1929,...

Annette, Sheri and I greatly appreciate and take to heart the thorough description expressed from a guests viewpoint while experiencing our historic Colorado mountain inn. It is extremely beneficial to be cognizant of this viewpoint since, as owners, we operate our business from our perspective, relying on guest feedback and hoping that we consistently provide and deliver in the way...

Tom and Sheri provided a great place in the "woods" to stay. we rented the Moonlight Suite room with balcony. The room was very clean, well supplied with everything for showers, coffee and relaxing. Paying $30 for the delivered breakfast was wonderful, Sheri put together a full breakfast that was so tasty for both of us and plenty to fill...

This is such a beautiful little place away from the crowds of Colorado Springs. Sweet and quaint, with lots of personal touches. We stayed in the Ponderosa Suite for a few days, and loved it. The bed is wonderful!!!! My fiancée and I are accustomed to sleeping in a king, but we had no issues at all with this queen...

We are truly pleased that you found Adobe Inn at Cascade to be an "absolute gem" during your Colorado vacation! Sheri and I realized 14 years ago that this historic property was a hidden gem at the base of Pikes Peak and needed to be shared and appreciated by others. We are 100% dedicated in providing genuine customer service to...

This visit was the longest, five nights, and I didn't want to leave. Great bed with fluffy comforter had me sleeping seven or eight hours straight. This hadn't happened in years! The recently redecorated Midnight Suite is even more pleasing than the last. The Midnight Suite encompasses the entire second floor and includes a large partially shaded deck. This very...

As owners, having guests return to the inn is a special and rewarding feeling, one that tells us we are doing things correctly. Also, the reassurance that improvements we've made to the property are being met with acceptance from guests, changes that are ultimately done to improve their overall stay and experience. It is absolutely wonderful knowing that you've found...

Centrally located to most area attractions. Nice setting in quite neighborhood of summer houses. Stayed in the honeymoon suite. House was built in the 1920's and the stair steps are very narrow. Thank goodness Tom carried our luggage up for us because I'm not sure we would have managed ourselves. Suite was very nice with lots of nice touches. Room...

Stayed last November, Im from Texas so I was glad there was snow! Coming into Colorado didn't have much snow but this place is on the mountain. Cute&cozy, breakfast was decent just pricey. Only complaint was squeaky floors and I can hear next rooms tv. I felt like I needed to stay quite but the place is very lovely. Didn't...

Glad that you found the inn cute, cozy and lovely during your stay. You'll be glad to know that the squeaky floor has been fixed; however, the residence was built in 1929 so there will continue to be some small squeaks. Happy you were also able to experience a little snow while visiting the Colorado mountains.

I could not be more impressed with our recent stay at the Adobe Inn. We stayed in the Moonlight Suite and had the unmitigated pleasure of starting off our mornings with the most spectacular breakfast served each morning sitting on our private patio with beautiful views of the mountains. Mornings on the patio were truly the highlight of our vacation....

We were visiting Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods as well as wanting to see the general area. Not wanting to stay in the city (Colorado Springs), we chose the Adobe Inn. Excellent point, the Adobe Inn is a peaceful retreat in the Colorado mountains and is not a full service lodging property. The inn features three southwestern style guest suites and offers an optional full breakfast on the weekends. While located in the mountains, the inn is only 4 miles from Manitou Springs and 10 miles from downtown Colorado Springs, each...

This was a last minute find on booking.com on our way to Denver. What a treat! Comphy, clean, lovely inn keepers and a yummy breakfast on the terrace overlooking the mountains was just the relaxing way we needed to start our day! Recommend this if you need as relaxing stop very near Manitou Springs attractions!
