Great place! Very shady family campground with a wonderful atmosphere. They have an $5.00 all you can eat breakfast every morning, warm pool with a splash pad for the kids, arcade, nice clean bathroom and warm showers. This was my first time here and definitely will be back.

Nice little campground. Had lots to offer. Swimming pool, Lake, breakfast every morning, close to Pikes Peak and many surrounding attractions and away from busy Colorado Springs. They don't have cable, but surprised to see several local channels picked up! WiFi was spotty, but helpful at times. Overall, I would return. Sites spacious unlike many I saw around the area.

What a neat place. Never have I camped anywhere where there is a more friendly staff. Sites are smaller and close together, but it adds to the ambiance. They have swimming, fishing, serve breakfasts, laundry, and are open till 10:00. The game room and lobby stay open 24 hours. Even the families that stayed around us were friendly, and more...

We spent four nights tent camping as a family at Lone Duck and had a great experience. Our 5 and 6 year olds instantly fell in love with the place. The family that runs the campground is very nice and the atmosphere overall was very friendly and felt like a small community. We had other campers drop by to share...

I wish that there was more privacy between sites. The bathrooms were ok. The pluses are that it has a pool, laundry, the office is open late and they serve breakfast. My kids enjoyed it and it was close to manitou springs and Colorado Springs. Overall not a bad spot to stop.

We stayed at the Lone Duck for 7 nights while on vacation. I reserved in January as I wanted to make sure we had full hook up. Pulling in off the highway you see the mountains in the back ground and it feels secluded. We had issue pulling into our spot but other campers were very friendly helping as the...

This was a last minute stop due to not being able to find a motel, so it was reserved without seeing. It's difficult to rate so we'll just try to describe it and you decide. We stayed in a cabin that was more like a finished storage shed. Maybe a 12x12 with a small porch. It was equipped with a...

They have a pond to fish in, no license required. The camp owner taught me how to gut the fish I caught! The campground is clean, fun, friendly and has a lot of amenities. There is toilets and showers, a swimming pool, a fishing pond, a playground, basketball courts, a clubhouse that has some arcade games. There is a microwave...

Close to area attractions. Nothing fancy but a good buy. We stayed 2 nights with our AAA discount was under $80. They have breakfast for $5. We didn't eat cuz i love camp cooking. But did I say it was $5. Would have tried one of the cabins but they were booked. Highway noise was drowned out by the babbling...

Five of us (in five tents) shared spot #9 and appreciated having a shower after running the Manitou Incline. The passing cars created "white noise" (really) and was never an issue for us, and the owners were as nice as everyone else stated. You'll like your stay.
