The owners are very nice however a bit eccentric. Leo is quite the storyteller and you will hear his stories at breakfast. We stayed in the sunflower room which I would consider more a small bedroom. If you're looking for privacy this is not your place to stay if you're looking for conversation this it. Better than a cheap hotel....

We were so glad we booked here and stayed several days. Joyce and Leo were the perfect hosts. Breakfast is at a set time (normally 8:00am) and was a three course affair. Our first floor room was clean, had a soaking tub/shower and a comfortable bed. We could walk into Old Colorado City and had access to many restaurants. Leo...

Nice rooms not much water pressure. The breakfast was alright but not the best. Joyce and Leo are leaving and I'm sure will be miss. They are passing down all their recipes and breakfast stories which was pick out by Joyce and read by Leo.

Stayed one night at this B&B. The house and room are adorable. Our room had a balcony with a great view of Pikes Peak. The deep soaking tub was wonderful after the long drive and the trip up Pikes Peak. The bed was comfy and the food was delicious. Owners are so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again if...

A cute b&b in great area of Colorado Springs. Owners were welcoming and helpful! Owners and guest ate breakfast at the same time- which lent itself to some interesting conversations and making new travel acquaintances. We went at end of May believing it would be warm enough. Wrong! Super cold (for this Texan at least) and rainy. Fortunately, they kept...

Traveling through Colorado and Nevada for business and potential life style changes, healthier and all that jazz....Spurs and Lace was a sweet refrain, a nice surprise. The book stores and boutiques around the area.....added to the enchantment....one must know of Hemingway, Fitzgerald, Paris Blues....Stuffy young, middle age and older folks cannot possibly enjoy this atmosphere, so stay away and go...

There is a lot of space to sit outside and relax. The first floor has no where to sit and relax other than your actual bedroom. The second floor has a small library. The owners occupy the third floor. They have tea and hot chocolate readily available day or night. The breakfast was a three course meal the first was...

We have stayed at this B&B three times and each stay was wonderful. The hospitality that Leo & Joyce show their guests is unmatched anywhere. Breakfast is good, but sometimes we just went for a walk in Old Colorado City and stopped at a cafe that looked good. There is also a Espresso Cafe around the corner from the B&B....
