I chose this hotel based upon it stating it is located in Colorado Springs and near Airforce Academy and both are inaccurate. The hotel is in Moument Co, which is about 22 miles from where we really wanted to be. The hotel itself is ok. The first room we were given the bed mattress was lumpy, we asked for another...

Dear leesaleesa130, thank you for your review of our hotel. I am sorry you experienced an issue with your bed, but happy that we could move you to a different room! I apologize for your misunderstanding about the location. We are technically in Colorado Springs, but the very north edge. We are only 2 miles from the North Gate of...

Great location near Air Force academy. You can wake up and look out at Pike's Peak. Hotel was fairly clean. I had only minor issues with anything. Parents beware - the hotel does not have Disney or Disney Jr. (a must for my 3 yr old). Parking lot connects to McDonalds if you need a quick bite and aren't picky.

Dear Coryv24, thank you for the review of Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs North USAFA! Glad you liked the spectacular views that our location affords! Its great to sit on the patio with the firepit going and watch the sun go down over the mountains! Sorry about Disney/Disney Jr, as we have some requirements for all the Sports/News package...

Very clean! Everything was very nice. Continental breakfast was good but is done and cleared up at 9:00 sharp. If your are there at 8:55 you will not get much. It is off by itself with plenty of parking and very little noise. We could see Pikes Peak from our window. We had a king suite with 2 televisions. I...

Great location with one huge caveat. It's by some railroad tracks with overzealous engineers who like to lay on the horn. Was woke up at midnight, 6 AM, and 6:45 AM in one night. Bummer. Take away the railroad wake-up calls and this is a nice place.

On the fly road trip meant we got to the Denver area and NOTHING was available. Even a booking.com transaction failed! We drove the extra miles and were rewarded with a clean, comfy room and quiet night. We will remember this for future road trips. Breakfast buffet was the standard carb-overload. A Starbucks is nearby to remedy the coffee.

Traveling on the fly and got to the Denver area to find no rooms! Even a bookings.com reservation went bad. These folks had a room so we drove the extra. Great room! Clean, comfy beds, nice space. Breakfast was the typical carb-overload fare. I would pick this place again!

This hotel was lovely. It's situated close to the small rural town of Monument which in itself is a step back in time. Not for people who like hustle and bustle but was perfect for us and our young family. It's really close to decent shopping and we found a Texas Roadhouse close by that was an great experience for...

I think any hotel stay is marked by the people who work there. This hotel has a great staff that actually speak to guests without prompting, and unlike some chain hotels, can carry on a conversation.
