This was to be our last stop before the long, arduous trip back to the UK. Thanks to Chris; we rested well, and were fed even better! It is a wonderfully located spot. Downtown is within easy reach. loads of great places to eat and drink are within easy walking distance. Chris has fantastic local knowledge, and is a wonderful...

Great little B&B! We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is walking distance to downtown and an easy drive to Garden of the Gods and other local attractions. Chris is a wonderful hostess and excellent cook - preferring to use local fruits and vegetables in her creations. We were her only visitors during our stay and had the larger of...

This was my first trip back to Colorado Springs in fifty years for a college reunion. A Room with a View was in a perfect location to enjoy the Springs -- in a living community and within walking distance to downtown. Beyond location, the hospitality, and especially the food, all made for a memorable experience. I hope to get back...

I came into town for a business trip with my partner and stayed two nights at A Room with a View. Chris is wonderful, very helpful in terms of telling us about fun activities to do in the area/food recommendations. The breakfasts were creative/delicious/fresh and Chris was very accomodating to our dietary needs. The rooms had a great charm and...

Staying at A Room with a View B+B was an outstanding experience for my daughter and me. The innkeeper makes a delicious and nutritious breakfast based on each guest's requests and the victorian inn is delightfully decorated and cozy. We had the opportunity to sleep in the separate modern, eco-friendly 'garagemahal' apartment and enjoyed the privacy and quiet it provided....

My husband and I stayed here while visiting my son in Colorado Springs. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed meeting and talking with Chris, the Innkeeper. While we didn't have the breakfasts, they sounded excellent. The house is a charming Victorian cottage with a great location. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit.

It is a quaint little Victorian house which is nestled in the older part of Colorado Springs with a very homey feel, and we were warmly greeted by Chris upon our arrival. Very restful stay with comfortable beds and very tasty breakfasts every morning. Thank you, Chris for a wonderful stay!

Visited friends in Colorado and randomly chose A Room With a View. Reasonably priced, we stayed in the small queen room upstairs. Being the only guests at the time, we had the place to ourselves. It met our needs perfectly. Innkeeper is inspirationally active. If I lived there, we would hang out. Neighborhood is decent. Breakfast was tailored to our...

We stayed at the Room with a View on our first night in Colorado after 4 days traveling on motorcycles from Seattle. We were eagerly greeted by Chris and she kindly offered drinks and a safe spot to park our bikes. The rooms at the inn are well-appointed and comfortable. The outstanding breakfast stoked us for our week long tour...
