The Hyatt Place was booked for a 4 night stay after reviewing ratings on Tripadvisor. I am still confused as how it ranks so high on Trip, and my conclusion is that the other hotels in Colorado Springs must be even of less quality. The hotel itself was outdated. My assumption is that the hotel was purchased by Hyatt and...

This hotel has a great location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. I do think it is a little overpriced. The hot breakfast was nice. I was on a business trip and needed wifi. It was so slow I had a hard time working. It is good for checking email but if you want to watch...

We stayed at the Hyatt Place while having work done at our home. The staff was very nice and the location, continental breakfast, and business center were convenient amenities. Having the Blackeye Pea restaurant next door was also convenient. We would recommend for any traveler.

The bed was super comfortable. I never even felt when the other person in the bed moved. I like the little...

My family and I stayed at Hyatt Place recently. The hotel was clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our rooms were cleaned sufficiently each day. The street side rooms are a bit noisy. Breakfast was good and replenished often. My only warning is that the coffee is very weak, so if you are a serious coffee drinker be...

The hotel cost more than its worth. The staff apparently are not trained to know policies, I had to check out early so I inquired the night before if this was ok and if I would be charged, was told no and no problem. My father had a terrible car accident and us now on life support, but they are...

We stayed at the Hyatt Place this past weekend and were very pleasantly surprised by the staff at this property. Rarely have we experienced such a friendly and helpful staff. Not only were the front desk people great, the housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was such a refreshing change compared to other hotels. Other than the staff,...
