I went to the front desk & told them. They didn't offer to move us or make any changes to help us. We had been traveling (flying & driving all day) and were extremely tired! This was a terrible end to a very long day! The room was awful! I took pictures & spoke with the front

The hotel is clean and fulfilled all of my needs for the 4 day stay. I will stay here again next year when I attend the Colorado Wildfire Conference. The Hyatt house was on the list of hotels to stay in for the conference, so I will promote this hotel to my firefighter friends.

Long time Hyatt member. This hotel is in a very odd location and not particularly attractive. Rooms need to be updated and seem very tired. Should have stayed at Hyatt Place Down the road. Staff looked disorganized and not customer friendly.

I have been a Hyatt member for almost 40 years. I have stayed at over 50 different Hyatt properties. This property is a great disappointment. Run down, bad location, unlit parking, not convenient and staff that seemed indifferent. Also breakfast was just ok. Wouldn’t stay here

When we first checked in we stayed in the first room they gave us for a few hours waiting on the heat to kick. The heat never came on. They moved us to another room and we had the same issue. 58 degrees the whole time. We were freezing. They said the maintenance people weren't

Is there a grill outside where we can cook something?
Yes, there was a portable grill with a cover on it. You might call just to confirm it's still there, but I would feel pretty confident that it is.

Not that bad. If you're sensitive ask for the side of he hotel away from the tracks. Also,I think they put out earplugs too. But you can ask for them. Most good hotels that see near a train will have earplugs on hand.

I was asked by trip advisor to respond to your question about evening social activities. We did not experience this event and I would advise a quick phone call to the Hyatt that you visited for a clear answer. I am not sure that there is communication between adds and reality but certainly the hotel itself could answer for you. Chas McMullen in Florida.
