Stayed here to work at a local convention over the weekend and do some vacationing. This is an older urban park that the staff works to maintain and keep looking nice throughout the day. The staff is friendly, courteous and we could tell they wanted to ensure we were satisfied during our stay. There are not limitations on the age...

This park was next to a busy road and you heard the traffic even with the windows closed. It was not very attractive. There were people who had been there a long time and there were very old, ugly RVS there. There was no grass -- lots of dirt. There was a biking/walking trail next to the campground. My husband...

For us, this was a place to park while visiting the Colorado Springs area. Park is older with narrow dirt pads, not a park where we would go as a "destination", however it is very convenient. Full hookups are available and the park is big rig friendly (we are 45' with 4 slides). NOTE: be aware our Rand McNally gps...

This is a nice stop for visiting the nearby tourist attractions. The owners were helpful and friendly. The spaces are close to each other, but that didn't bother us since we/or they were out and about. Always nice coming back at the end of the day, sharing your day with other fellow RV-ers. One can get tips where to eat,...

The park was just okay. The neighbors sewer hook-up was right at our patio. Spaces are very narrow. The "permanents" trailers were truly tacky. Some of the trailers were built in the 50's. There were weeds growing under some of the "permanent" trailers. The spaces that were available were clean and raked nicely. Justin, who helped us to our site,...

Does anyone with this park really care? We will never stay here again! During our stay which was one night, my wife was using the womens facilities and a woman and a man came in on her! The man stayed in the womens facilities talking to a woman. It scared my wife and she didn't use them the rest of...

Older park, not bad but not the best. Everything else was booked and get 10% Good Sam discount. They keep it clean and each site had 50 amp, water and sewer. Cable is free just put down $50 deposit and get it back when you return the cable box. Central location. Have permanent RVers who will share their Rocky Mt...

I agree with John R and MB! The "amenities" were woefully lacking - besides the exhorbitant price, everything else was an "additional" fee. It is very poorly laid out, the in/out road is so rutted that we felt that our teeth were being jarred each time we left. This "park" was the most expensive park we have ever stayed in...

I have to agree with the above contributor. I was shocked this was even considered to be a Good Sam Park. They do not recognise any other memberships. The WIFI is still very slow, No dog park. Shower stalls are very small. One stall still has a missing handle. Facilities very run down. The fluorescent light covers in the washroom...
