My fiance and I originally booked a standard guest room, but upon our arrival we were upgraded free of charge to the cottage. We really didn't need the extra room but took advantage of the full kitchen and living room. We enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning on the front porch with views of the mountains and especially enjoyed winding...

The owner Mike wowed us with his excellent service right from the start. He knew that we were going to Jake and Telly Greek Cuisine, when we got there, the place was fully booked for the night, but then we saw Mike who told us that he had called the restaurant up and informed them that he had two guests...

We were a bit disappointed after reading the favorable reviews. The hotel WAS clean. The bed was VERY comfortable. The towels were absorbable. Mike was very nice. We were only staying 2 nights on a hiking trip so don't spend a lot of time in a room but, despite having a refrigerator & microwave there was little space to prepare...

We stayed here twice and bott times in the suite on the top of the hotel. It was great and having our own private deck looking at the mountains was wonderful. It was nice sitting there in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. Mike and Steve were very helpful with everything. We no...

We just spent 5 night at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean well decorated and very comfortable. There is plenty of parking and even though it is fairly close to the road noise was not a problem for us. There is a nice outback garden area that even has an outdoor fire place if you...

We stayed here for a week on our honeymoon and were so happy with choosing this hotel! We were a little unsure pulling up to the hotel and the part of town it was in (ended up being fine, just gives off a weird vibe at first). We stayed in the mountain suite and were so happy. The suite was...

My very first impression of this facility was good and then it just kept getting better. Mike was great via email and phone, and even more accommodating in person. He even brought ice to our room!! The room is minimally decorated in a way that is hip and clean, yet the vintage flare is maintained, right down to the plaster...

Perfect location, minutes from Manitou Springs,Garden of the Gods,Cheyenne State Park,Old Colorado City and much more. Mike the owner was helpful without being intrusive. We stayed in the Mountain Suite and it was Fabulous! Beautiful view and all the comforts of home. We actually had to leave a day early to avoid hurricane Irene and Mike was courteous enough to...

Great location. Parking is very close to your room. It's nestled at the base of the Pike's Peak area, with gorgeous views. Helpful, friendly staff. The place works for a single night, or an extended stay. Anyone familiar with the Front Range knows this little nostalgic hotel sits in the absolute best part of the whole Colorado Springs area, hands...

Hotel is located at busy colorado st. We could not sleep because of noise from the street. Beside that area is not safe. you can see homeless people all over the street. Not a nice place to stay.
