We spent one night here. Beautiful view of the mountains from our room. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Made to order breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed the waterfall in the breakfast/reception area. We got there too late to enjoy the cocktails in the evening. This is a wonderful relaxing place to spend on vacation or meeting.

Our stay was exceptional. We needed to change room arrangements at the last minute and the staff was more than helpful and cooperative in making that change possible. There were no luggage carts available when we checked in and the desk clerk was gracious enough to help us carry our luggage to our newly assigned room on the 4th floor....

I travel to Colorado Springs every 4-6 weeks on business, and for the last several trips have been staying at this property. While it is an older property, it is fairly well maintained and the staff does a good job. Rooms are well cleaned, and check in is always simple and easy. Checking in advance on the HHonors App makes...

First off we love Embassy Suite hotels. But this one is definitely showing lots of wear. Flooring, paint inside and out, wall covering near bathroom, And this Embassy has much smaller rooms than we are used to. The elevator outside our room had buttons that stick and were temperamental. The staff was very nice and helpful. But for what they...

This hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The staff did a great job. The breakfast was amazing. I am really going to miss those omelets. The evening reception was very enjoyable and the restaurant was also good. The swimming pool and hot tub was also clean. For the money, you can't beat it.

First night in the hotel. We didn't know check in was 4, so got there at 1. Decided to go into town to kill time and came back at 4 and couldn't check in until 6. We found out it was because the band Kiss' crew was staying here. Poor planning on the part of management. The hotel was fine...

Stayed here 3 nights to do some sightseeing. Stayed here last summer but only one night passing thru and liked it enough to stay longer this year - plus, being Hilton Honors members we frequent Hilton and/or IHG properties. We combined our HH points with cash and booked a mountain view suite. Upon check in we got what the front...

Excellent service from all staff we came into contact with. The bathrooms are super teenie tiny but were well cleaned. Great location in Colorado Springs to just about everything you want to see or do here. The complimentary breakfast was great!
