We are right by the transportation center, so grabbing a bus is easy but that means the walk to the slopes is easy, too. Slopeside ski valet is included and that makes the walk even easier after the first day. The rooms are big enough. I say rooms because having having the

We joined our son, daughter in law and 2 teenage greaddaughters for 3 days at Christmas. We had a delightful time! We stayed in a King suite and it was spectacular. We had a comfy King bed in a separate area and a large living area with well equipped kitchen area, couch, coffee

I don't even know where to start really. We have been timeshare owners with Wyndham (formerly Fairfield) for over 15 years and travel every single year. This is our first RCI exchange and we booked this location 3 weeks prior to going. We never received a confirmation e-mail so

Connector216509, We apologize for the issues with your RCI reservation. RCI at the Grand Lodge does not operate the same way that it does at other resorts. Individual unit owners must opt in to this program, and we can only place guests in the few units that participate in this program. We are working with RCI to address why your reservation was not reported to us and the double booking of that specific unit. We apologize that this issue impacted your overall stay at the Grand Lodge. Please feel free to contact me directly through the front desk to address your concerns. Best regards, Heather Leonard General Manager

We visited during the off season which made this not the ideal location for restaurant/shopping convenience as nothing is open nearby except one morning coffee shop. I feel like the hotel and staff were on off season too. The only treadmill was broken, the hot water supply in

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent visit to the Grand Lodge on TripAdvisor. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Late October is a beautiful and peaceful time to visit, but it is considered the shoulder season and there are fewer restaurants and shops open at this time. We do our best to inform guests of limited services available during the shoulder season. Thank you for your feedback regarding the fitness center and amenities. Regardless of seasonality of the town and resort, we expect our staff and facilities to reflect the same level of service at all times of the year. We will address these issues.

Locker might be handy if you are carrying a lot of incidentals, but not necessary at all. Ski lifts are at most a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Cooktop, fridge, and microwave have been in every room I've used at the Grand Lodge. Don't know about washers/dryers, but they probably have them.
