The cleaning crew and maintenance crew keep this hotel in excellent condition. The location is great and they have a pretty good restaurant. However, the walls are thin and talking or noisy kids or running water come through as a real annoyance. Check in and...More
I spent a few days at this hotel while doing business in the area. The location is in the middle of Cirpple Creek, with a convenient garage in the rear. Check-in was quick and painless. Room was clean and comfortable.

We spent 1 night in rm 410. Fan noisy, rattling, shut off fan, rattling so loud, woke up twice. Terrible night. Otherwise, room/bed fine. Biggest gripe was that "free stay" promo when you accumulate 250 "base points." After listening to a couple in line ahead...More

Hello, I hope I can clarify your questions. There are actual two types of points. Earned points and promo points. Both of these points are accumulated in the same way. However, promo point may be accelerated by promotions such as point multipliers or other special machines. Therefor, they are not included in the "earned points" calculation. If you swipe your players card at any kiosk in the casino it will show you "Total Points Available" (all points today, promo and earned from previous trips) as well as "Points Today" which is the "earned points".
Point are roughly calculated at $2 per point on slots and $2.50 on video poker. This is not "cash into the machine" but total credits played.
Because it is a hotel promo, cashiers have been advised not to discuss the Free Z's promotion with players and should be directed to the hotel desk.
Further information on how to earn points can be found on our website, under Play>Triple Play Club>FAQ & Rules
