Easy check in and check out, rooms were clean and comfortable and had all needed amenities. Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The only negative I can think of was that the coffee in the room as well as at breakfast was very weak. Better quality coffee would be great.

Very accommodating upon placing first call. Staff certainly was willing to assist me starting from the booking and then receiving at front desk. Getting to and from airport was a breeze which was a big deal for me.

This property is not secure. Tweeker trailers everywhere. Piles of broken window glass from car burglaries in the parking lot. Hotel back doors left adjar. Room was on point & breakfast was fine. Front desk receptionist came off rude & hotel washing machine ruined my only load of whites

Our hotel bathroom had mold on the ceiling, bath faucet was broken and bath sink did not drain. These are simple issues that made our stay just awful and should have been addressed way before allowing paying guests to stay in room 107. When addressing the issues to the front desk we were not allowed a resolution or apology. Unacceptable and will never stay there again

Customer service was a little shifty. They could’ve been a little more kind and helpful when it came to shuttles. Romans were up to par. You get what you pay for but they were clean. Wi-Fi was absolutely nonexistent unless you were down in the lobby when attempted to ask about the Wi-Fi was towed from front desk that nobody else was complaining, restart our phones and computers.

I have stayed approximately 285 days in hotels during the course of my career. I’m saddened to say that this was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had And it was mainly because of the terrible customer service from the employees (apparently from the owners down to the people that work the desk). I was attending a business conference with a group of coworkers. My work funded the trip and we bulk reserved for hotel rooms. The trip coordinator placed the reservations using their business card, but did not realize that it would charge that same card for all the rooms automatically the day of check-in. Because of the way our system works. It’s difficult to get approvals and reconcile charges if they aren’t on each individual employees business card. The hotel staff refused to refund the one card and split up the four rooms onto the cards held by the people stain in those rooms. The policy of this hotel, according to the staff is that no refunds are allowed. In fact, most of the employees do not have the ability to refund anything and must get managers approval to do so. The problem with that, is that when I asked the front desk worker(Maria was her name I believe) she would not tell me the name or information of the manager or the manager would be on shift. The other three employees at the desk also refuse to give me that information. I contacted the one 800 number online and talk to the lady there about the issue. She said that it was up to the hotel owner to make such policies and that they had no power to do anything dealing with billing. That lady did, however, call the hotel and was told the same thing and advised us to try to get the matter resolved with the staff at the hotel. I waited until another set of employees were on shift. Cesar was the gentleman who tried his best to help us. He spent almost 25 minutes trying to figure out how to make his system work to get everything figured out but because of system/admin rights, he was unable to perform the function. He did his best to serve and cater to our needs (unlike his other coworkers) and we appreciated that, although the credit card issue remains unresolved at this time. I hold the customer service experience extremely high and this hotel needs to reevaluate their policies and procedures. Furthermore, The website claims that there is free parking, however this is misleading as it is only free parking for the first day. Any time after that is $8 per day. The ol bait and switch….gotta love it. Rooms were old and out of date. We had a weird light switch/hole in the wall in our bathroom (see picture) and the ac didn’t function properly in the auto feature. Just know that the pictures you see on the website look nothing like this hotel in reality. The WiFi was HORRENDOUS! My 1 bar of cell service was faster so I struggled using that. Indoor pool water was freezing and work out center was scarce with only a tread mill and bike. The breakfast was decent, specifically the waffles. I haven’t had a better waffle tbh. So that was a plus. Whatever they do for their mix, keep doing it! I will never stay at this hotel again and am having my organization remove it from future business travel use.

We stayed here the night before our return flight from Denver after a ski trip to Vail. Lucky we did because a good sized snowstorm was coming into ski country and our driver predicted the road would have been closed if we had stayed at Vail that night.

On the plus side this is a nice place, with a comfy bed, and is very quiet. It's possible to set the fan for constant "on" which is my favorite for a little white noise to mask sounds in the hotel. And it is a n easy walk to several nice spots to have dinner. However, the pillows are worst ever. They are square. About 12 inches in each dimension and very hard to sleep on. .

I arrived around 10pm and picked this hotel for price and the shuttle. The room had dirt near the lamp but was otherwise clean and good enough. Unfortunately, the room had been smoked in, which was massively clear with the air on. I asked for a 4am alarm and was instead called an hour early at 3am. I asked them to call back at 4am. They called at 4:15am which would have been too tight to make the 4:30am shuttle (luckily, I had my own alarms set). I shared all this with the front desk. The response was disinterest, not even a recognition of error of apology for the smoke. I would not stay again due to the smoke, which is unhealthy and congesting, the low quality sleep with the wrong wake up time, and the lack of customer service.
