I was there for a conference on 2/10/17 thru 2/14/17. Everything was first class. Check in was fast and easy. I used valet parking. It is a little on the high side but well worth it. Staff was always helpful. I was in room 701 and it is on the small side; but that is ok because I was alone...

We just stayed here for our 20th anniversary (having married here 2 decades ago) and couldn't have had a more perfect stay. Yes, it's expensive but for a special occasion or a romantic getaway it is definitely worth it! (Love kids but don't bring them; they wouldn't appreciate it.) We have always found the staff to be top notch from...

I really enjoyed my overnight stay here. The hotel is historic but has had some updates recently. The rooms were clean and I believe it is a pet friendly hotel. If they do allow pets it is even more impressive that the rooms were so clean. I really enjoyed their breakfast in the restaurant. This is a Marriott property but....

We celebrated our anniversary here last Fall. Beautiful, romantic, poetic setting. We did take a walk in the beautiful, sunny weather down a block to the 16th Street mall area for lunch, which was nice. We had most of our meals in the hotel though as there is a great deal of variety. Enjoyed every moment and look forward to...

How is it possible for a hotel to maintain a consistent standard of quality over 125 years? From the moment one walks in, attentive service -- with a smile -- is the consumer experience. The doormen are smiling, valet service is prompt and friendly, the front desk could not be warmer and more patient. Leaving my room in the morning...

Hotel is conveniently located in Downtown Denver walkable on Tremont Street down to 16th Street corridor where there's tons of restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, museums, theaters. The lobby is very inviting and great for arranging meet ups and relaxing. During mid-day there is a tea service and reservations are highly recommended. The spa is also a must try because the...

My family and I stayed at the hotel for one night while I competed in the Rock 'n' Roll half-marathon. THE GOOD Our request to move to a room further away from the busy elevators was promptly addressed. We were upgraded to a larger room at a higher floor within minutes of talking to the front desk. A+ attention and...

A quite nice 125 year old hotel. Open atrium style. Very helpful front desk staff. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom is compact but quite nice. Bed is comfortable, room is quiet, view of the downtown area. Centrally located. The room service dining was very good. Valet parking was OK but $47/day, overpriced. Tried to dine in the Tavern one evening but...

I have had high tea previously at The Brown Palace Hotel and LOVED it every time. Recently I had high tea there again whilst a friend was visiting from overseas, and I was not disappointed. What an absolutely special place this is, the interior looked absolutely stunning with all the beautiful Christmas decorations on display, it really was out of...

Fantastic Hotel. We spent the weekend celebrating my wife's birthday. The staff at the Brown Palace went above and beyond in delivering a memorable weekend. Rooms have been recently renovated. At every turn, we encountered smiles from the staff and an willing to serve attitude. Thanks for a great weekend!
