Easily the most historic hotel between chicago and San Francisco this is a must see while in Denver. The lobby is stunning and the staff are friendly and well trained. The hotel has three restaurants as well. All of which are worth checking out. And don't forget afternoon tea in the lobby area.

When you walk through the doors of this hotel you know you are somewhere special. Its a lovely to stay in and spend time in.. lots of knooks and crannys to explore. It is expensive to stay and eat here but it is only once in my lifetime... The staff are lovely and are very helpful...The toilets on the first...

Cool old historic hotel. Located within walking distance of the 16th Street mall and free bus. We walked to the Capital and explored a bit of downtown before taking the free ride to Larimer Square. FUN Mexican restaurant across the street suggested by the concierge.

Very nice setting - I really enjoyed the lobby area where we had high tea, but to be honest the tea itself was a bit pricey - $125 for 2, with little cakes, sandwiches, 4 champagnes. Bar could have been a bit friendlier, more atmosphere.

Denvers Brown Palace is a wonderful Landmark and a must visit if staying in the Mile High City. The rooms are nice, and might lack a little bit of modernity. Having said that, the hotel has turn of the century charm. My grandfather used to drink in the lounge when in the military in the 30s. So it will always...

Our room was very clean and quiet. Terry Reed at the front desk was extremely helpful. We had to print out tickets to the baseball game and we forwarded the electronic tickets to his email address and he printed them out for us. I also had to split the hotel and parking into separate invoices and he graciously did that...

The hotel is historic and the rooms large but they do need better updating. We liked the place but it had its annoyances and peculiarities. We did enjoy the bison the restaurant served as a change of pace. It is also a great location for downtown excursions.

We came here to meet with family who also travelled from the Midwest for a visit to Colorado. This hotel looked to be a great option. Historic charm, great location, nice rooms. So on the surface we had a lot to get excited about. Upon booking we were hoping to get an adjoining room to the rest of our family....

Stayed here for a 3 day business trip. The hotel is just gorgeous - so much history and interesting things to look at. My room was great. A king bed that was very comfortable. The room was updated with all the trappings one would find in a more modern room. Bathroom was nice as well - the shower head could...

In short, the water stopped working, and when it started again, the water was a dark brown. According to the manager this was a semi regular event and we just needed to run the water for longer to have it clear up
