Only hotel in the world thats charging full price to stay there while they are doing construction. I stayed here recently and it's not quiet or respectful at all. Workers wake you every morning beating and fixing the rails. Like how is it we pay almost 100 dollars a night and can't sleep at all. This hotel is very bad... More

My husband, daughter, and I came to Denver in hopes of moving here, due to the hotel we had contacted before we left becoming full last minute, we had to find somewhere else to go, and this is what we found! Now pricing, can't lie, tight budget its great, because everything around here is $400+ and this hotel was only... More

Would give this place a -10 if I could. This is not a hotel. It is some sort of seedy flop house. I am not going to go into the specifics concerning my experience, but I left after seeing my room. It was beyond disgusting. I have stayed at some low-end places, but this isn't a low-end motel - it... More

We were weary after reading the reviews for the Stay Inn but due to our budget and time, this was our last resort. And surprisingly, it was not bad. It is super cheap and you kind of get your money's worth. The management was upfront about the cost and their expectations.

It is a cheap motel but not worth the price at all, you are seriously better off sleeping in your car. The day we checked in I was horrified when I walked into the room. We had paid for a month and there were no refunds so we were stuck there. I had to spend 2 days cleaning the room.... More

I should have known to leave when I saw people rolling joints on the stairs, or when a car pulled up and asked my kids if they knew who was selling crank here. My wife saw housekeeping in action. After people checked out he would make the bed without changing the sheets. When we told the clerk she was offended.... More
