Ballroom was stunning. Service was warm and hospitable. Food-so much and so delicious! Room was spotless and beautiful. Great beds/linens - want them for ourselves. Group rate made it possible. A real treat for me and my husband!

Not what I thought it would be. Hotel Staff excellent!! Room and price very disappointing. Package inlucded travel but hard to get around in the area. Wish we would have been offered a shuttle for the next to enjoy the adventure package.

Attended football game & didn't get back to room until approximately 11pm. Ordered dinner via room service. Was made aware of delay due to volume, told approximately 45 - 50 minutes. Called room service 1.5 hours later. Room service did not pick up & call was rerouted. Took several minutes to get a call back, & was told the order... More

Located n the heart of Denver's vibrant downtown, the Ritz is a comfortable, relaxing hotel. The staff was super attentative and helpful. Didn't try the gym or spa but they have both. The bed was really comfortable and the bath had both a big shower and large soaked my tub.

Club level makes a difference. Location downtown is good. Staff works hard at making guests feel welcome. New spa and workout facility are recently completed. Hotel welcomes dogs. Newly renovated rooms are excellent and provide up to date computer/mobile device charging outlets.

I was to attend a large convention in Denver, and our group had blocks of rooms held at many hotels. My top choice was the much-buzzed-about Crawford Hotel within the historic and renovated Union Station, but I wanted to be closer to the Convention Center. My next choices were the Four Seasons and the Ritz Carlton. Although the Four Seasons... More

I object to having to write so much. Hotel was lovely but not outstanding. We were comfortable on beds but pillows very soft. Sheets were a very rough texture. Service was nice and we loved the double sinks.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent weekend stay at this property. We found the room to be tastefully appointed, immaculate and (most important for me, a light sleeper) very quiet. Loved the roomy bathroom and amenities. Location is excellent. Concierge Kelly Fisher was outstanding! She went out of her way to welcome us and we were impressed with... More

We just did a staycation and it was at The Ritz. and the service was outstanding. The hotel lobby area is open into Elway's and very nicely decorate. If you walk up the steps to the plaza level you will see a Chihuly hanging above you that is absolutely amazing. The staff that was working the Park West area for... More

My husband and I attended the Dress for Success Denver event at the Ritz, and reserved a room as well. The whole experience was excellent! We had a great time at the event,a relaxing evening and a great brunch the next day.
