My husband surprised me with a birthday gateway at the Ritz Carlton in downtown Denver and I can only say at I was more than pleasantly surprised! Having worked at the hospitality industry, I honestly say I can be a very picky customer and I loved my stay at the Club Level. Despite the challenges of the hotel location in...

The rooms and service here are as expected from Ritz. I've stayed here a number of times for business and am finally getting around to reviewing. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and attentive-- and the rooms are always spotless and well appointed. I always enjoy my visits to this hotel.

I recently took a trip to Denver with my 5 year old and 8 year old sons. I did quite a bit of research on hotels, and decided to try the Ritz based on their "Ritz kids" program. I wanted my boys to feel special and enjoy our last vacation of the summer. WOW - did the Ritz impress! I...

Excellent service, convenient location, and quiet comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again if I had a conference rate. The gym next store is very nice (It is in a skybridge than spans the road), but the operators make you fill out a long electronic questionnaire to use it.

Just came back from a week staying on business at the Ritz. Great location close to 16th street for shopping and Larimer st for restaurants. Room well appointed with a huge and nice toilet. Rooms have also a Nespresso machine and they provide everyday small water bottles for free which is excellent in dry Denver. Bellman guys: awesome! I had...

Absolutely a superior hotel, with large richly appointed comfortable rooms and bath. The king size bed and sheets were very soft and cozy. One always knows when you first enter a hotel room that it is something special, that was my room and the Ritz Carlton. Well worth the expense

This hotel is a little different from the other Ritz's I've been too, but not in a negative way; it's just not over the top. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, always willing and offering to provide directions or assistance. The room was nice with an above average bathroom and expected appointments throughout. I was there for a business...

Right in the middle of downtown. Minutes to Coors Field and the 16th Street shopping area. Nice appointments, comfortable bed and excellent dining. The staff at the hotel and in the restaurant are exceptional.

Incredibly unimpressive hotel really nice staff but not a Ritz experience at all. We came here for my Birthday and got a suite. We told them it was my birthday multiple times and yet they stuck us in room with the worst view ever. Looking at another office building and office rooftop for the rate we paid not worth it....

We stayed a full week for a nearby conference and had the pleasure of the most efficient friendly and helpful staff on 12th Fl Club -- sumptuous breakfast, mid-day Lunch, afternoon hors d'oeuvres and late evening desserts all delicious, creative. Kudos to Michelle in the morning and Douglas in the afternoon-evening. Must have "The Douglas" specially made cappuccino mixed with...
