We loved this park! We arrived with three trailers and the staff greeted us near the gate. They made sure we got situated without any issues. We upgraded to the 50 amp sites, and of course I was not sure I had an adapter for my 30 amp trailer, they let me take an adapter just in case and left...

This park is located just outside of Durango so it is convenient to everything in the area. Park is well managed and clean. Sites are spaced out but are a little out of level. The bathrooms and showers were clean. Takes about 45 minutes to drive to Mesa Verde NP. Finding a station that has diesel that is easily accessible...

We were here for 2 nights and if it had been possible would have enjoyed staying another day or two. We did not have a reservation and since this park was expecting 2 groups we were lucky to get one of their last sites. We only need a 21 foot site so often can fit in where other units can't....

We agree with all the great reviews. It closes at the end of Oct. glad we were able to be there before. Yes, sites are close, but nicely angled which gives more space outside your door. Immaculate and warm bathrooms, great little store, big laundry, close to Durango, great dog area. You couldn't ask for more!

We were there for 2 nights recently, and were in a pull-through site with our class A motorhome pulling a jeep. The spaces were not what I would call roomy, but there was plenty enough for us to be able to sit outside in the evening with a nice glass of wine. We also grilled out and used the picnic...

Cute little park. The spots are a little tight. Then again we are 45ft motorcoach with 4 slides. The girls in the office were very accommodating. We were a party of 6 45ft motorcoaches. I made our reservation after everyone else. The office told me I would not be able to park with our friends. We were okay with that....

This is a nice park in a good location, The staff are friendly and helpful. The water pressure is good. Wi-Fi generally is good. The cable TV - not so much. There are only 12 channels. Overall opinion is good - but it is pricey. Especially given that they are already in "Season shut down" mode and some of the...

This is a nice RV park with full hookups. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have an efficient way of "checking guests in" and show you to your campsite themselves. They have a huge 2 acre fenced in area for your dogs to run off leash, which was a huge bonus for us. Nice laundry room with plenty...

My husband and I live nearby and wanted to stay in Durango because we go there often and stay in a hotel. We decided to stop on our way through in our RV and I made a reservation. Unfortunately, 8 days before we were to arrive, we had to cancel due to weather, which controls a lot of travel here...

Just a few miles north of Durango proper, far enough to feel in open country. Quiet and well-appointed. Giant grassy dog park and even a dog wash. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to this gorgeous part of the country!
