Well stocked store. Sweet Deals: Movies $2. Fresh pizza $10. Made from scratch pies $3.50. pancakes, and more, breakfast $3.50. Outdoor movies nightly. Mini Golf, swim. Games. Even gold panning! On top of a big hill yet sites are big, clean, flat, and gravel. Gorgeous landscaping with seasonal color - refreshing in this arid region. Not a weed in sight!...

Wow, thank you so much for the wonderful review. We are blushing. My staff has worked so hard this summer and the rewards are showing. Everyone of them takes pride in their work and wants to do the right thing, Our little KOA campground on top of the mesa is our pride and all our campers our joy. Thanks again...

This KOA had all the creature features, including pizza delivered tent side. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked, they had events for families, even a great site store. Was not for us- 2 adult tent campers. Super noisy all night long, was very hard to sleep, and the tents and RVs are within arm's distance apart- I felt like we...

Stayed here for two nights in a cabin. The staff was amazing. They were helpful with local information as well as helping us get situated at the spot. The place was clean and manicured. Pizza and pie in the evenings. By far the best KOA I've stayed with.

We reserved a studio deluxe cabin based in our experiences at other kid's we have stayed at. Never have we seen anything as bare as this. If I had wanted a bare cabin I would have reserved their kamping kabin which is the same amenities for half the price except no bathroom. Had I known this I would have gotten...

Thanks for writing about the studio lodge you stayed in. When reservations are made through our web site, as yours was, it is stated that you must provide your own linens. Sorry if you missed that information on the confirmation sent to you. Our studios have bigger beds- queen size, TV, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator and a nice porch to...

We loved this KOA. Made an overnight stop in Durango. Staff were very friendly, our tent site had great mountain views, and we didn't feel at all crowded even though the campground was nearly full. Showers smelled like mildew and could use better ventilation, but pretty standard for a campground. Great place to stay. We will return!

Ask for a sight away from the highway. Sights 1-7 are very close to the highway and no privacy fence is in place between SR 160 and the campground. We had a soft side camper on sight 5 which is right on the highway. The road noise was unbearable. The store was out of ear plugs so we chose to...

I understand your not wanting to be near Highway 160. The sites that are on the hwy are only given out to any walk ins (so they can choose) or for last minute reservations. All guests are told they are on the highway and that it will be noisy. I wish there was a way to out up a barrier...

Very good preparation on the tent site, power, water, fire place and nice soft ground for the tent place. Only minor point: when you stay close to the pool area, you will have noise from the street at night. Small Breakfast and Pizza at night also available!

While the 2 kamping kabins were in good shape and close to bathrooms, the sites were so brushy and closed in with bluberry bushes we could hardly get around them or get close to the fire pit. The office, bathrooms, cookshack and mini golf were all well cared for, but the sites leave alot to be desired. It was impossible...

The KOA was great, very friendly staff, motorcycle friendly. We had the pizza delivered to our campsite was very tasty. We also sampled the pies and ice cream, excellent. The restrooms and showers were very clean and well maintained. Great location with easy access to Durango and the surrounding areas.

We arrived on a Monday. The owners are very friendly and we had nothing bad to say about our experience. They make fresh pizza and pies daily. There is also a daily movie every night. The pool area was well kept and they even had a garden.
