From start to finish, will not stay here again. Check-in is at 4pm. My travel party got there at 5 minutes after 5pm and office was closed. Had to drive to a different location on property and retrieve my own keys, and locate our rented condo. We let ourselves in and were pretty disappointed. Our party consisted of 2 adult...

We were traveling with our 20 year old son so the extra too was very nice. But green Formica, teal carpet and paper posters on the wall, really? They must not have updated it since it was built. I could have tolerated that but the linens were just as old. These days you just expect to have fresh bright white...

The condos that we stayed in were nice, each is individually owned. We stayed for just one night & arrived late. There is nobody to greet you or help find your condo after 5pm and some of the pathways are dark. We had difficulty finding our 3 condos that we had reserved. Also, the official page notes that there are...

Travelled this July with 2 adults and 3 kids. Condo was super clean, gave a lot of room and in room washer/ dryer. The Drake is a lower floor but there are significant stairs everywhere in this complex. If mobility is anything of an issue I would stay else where. Check in was odd as we were there at posted...

There were five of us in our party. All complained about the uncomfortable beds. The only access to any units seems to be up at least one flight of stairs, and there are no elevators, so if you have issues with stairs, this place is not for you. There was not enough light for reading in bed. (Light on only...

The condo is not far from downtown. However, the one-bed room condo was not what it describes. There is no patio although it describes that is a patio. The furniture is old and the bed is not comfortable. Odor! The towels smell like cigarette. There are windows. The windows in the living room are right next to the walkway and...

The photos of the condo look really good on the website with all the lights on inside. We stayed in Unit 6 which is on the ground floor and once inside realised how gloomy it was, not helped by the fact that many of the walls - lounge, kitchen and dining - are decorated in dark tones of paint which...

Spent three nights in the Ferringway (#13). You cannot beat the space, two bedrooms and two bathrooms for just a wee bit more than a hotel. Handy to everything in Durango--just two minutes down the hill to main street, and one minute to Fort Lewis College.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Ferringway Hotel Condominiums from September 23, 2014 through September 30, 2014. This grounds were well groomed and attractive and the condo that we stayed in was very well maintained. I had the pleasure of working with a wonderful lady named Shirley and she helped me to find the right condo for our...

We had the best week-long stay at this condominium! It is in a great location - close enough to downtown to get there quickly, but far enough away so that it is quiet. We originally booked 4 nights, but wanted to extend and luckily, since it was off season, were able to get 3 more nights. The room was a...

“Book early and make sure to contact the management staff if you are unable to get the nights you are needing. They really work very hard to accommodate a person with their needs. Some rooms are a little darker than others. If you have trouble with stairs let management know and they will try to put you into the right condo.”
