We paid a lot extra for a river view room. The view was pretty and the sound of the river was calming. However, there are no elevators, which made it hard for my elderly mother to make it upstairs. Plus there were leaks in our ceiling - one over the bed closest to the window and one in the bathroom....

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a road trip of the area. We found it quite comfortable for our needs. It was very convenient for the shops and for the train station which we were using one day.

We are repeat customers and not disappointed with our decision. Location is excellent. Downtown restaurants and shops are easy walking distance. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Parking and wifi were free. Pets are a $10 fee. Lots of grassy areas and walking trails to exercise our pet. The river is right behind the hotel and offers lots of rafting/tubing...

Location was excellent. Easy walking distance to downtown. Room clean and staff friendly. Lacks refrigerator in room and no continental breakfast. Not consistent with price of room. Riverside room quiet.

The best thing about the Inn is its location 5-10 minutes walk from the historic downtown, Durango and Silverton Railway. The rooms are spacious and well equipped but are dated 2-3*. Most significantly they are noisy -there is constant coming and going of vehicles, including trucks, HGVs and motorcycles. From dawn you have to endure the plumbing of neighbouring rooms and...

Had a good night stay. Will plan on staying there again. It was very convenient to have the Applebee's right there. Made eating dinner easy. Everything is within walking distance. Online booking was easy. And checking was easy as well.

We choose this hotel for its convenience. Close to downtown and "river view". Both those are true but that's all it has going for it. We paid almost $400 for two nights. The rooms were outdated, the carpet was filthy, there was no parking, and no queen beds. The ONLY amenity was a coffee maker. Wi-Fi was free for ONE...

Conveniently located minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of downtown Durango. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Value for money was good compared to most places in Durango, which can get very pricey during tourist season.

Been staying at this motel for a number of years. Great location, friendly staff and reasonable prices for Durango. However, it is tired. Carpets are worn and have been cleaned to many times and the rooms are not what you would expect in a good motel. No breakfast available on property. Will probably choose one of newer motels outside of town...
