Reserved during ski season (for the next month) and ended up paying $150 per night when the current price was advertised at $116. No breakfast, no fridge or micro in room, maid service only every other day.

Client's paying for the hotel stay so I didn't have a choice. Bathtub in room 303 did not drain properly - either it was clogged or the stopper was broken. Asked them to fix it but they only slightly 'improved' it. I was still standing in a deep puddle when I showered. Pillows and bed were awful, I ended up...

For a busy winter week, all accommodations in Avon and Beaver Creek for less than $500 per night was sold out. The Inn at Riverwalk is a good location as there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Free morning coffee in the lobby was a plus. I have to agree with a previous reviewer about the carpets being so...

I stayed here about 7 years ago and it seemed pretty decent for what I can remember, but coming back now I don't know what I was thinking. I think maybe if they put a little work into the place maybe some paint new carpet it could go a long way. Just walking through the hallway on our floor it...

My friend was staying here for a week of skiing, broke his leg the last day, and I came out to care for him and get him transported back to Atlanta. We had to stay for four days longer than his original reservation but the hotel was very accommodating. They matched the rate that he had originally booked via a...

Excellent location. Very clean and courteous staff. Tavern on site with restaurant serving excellent food. Easy walking to other restaurants and stores. Stayed 3 nights and would definitely stay here again.

Not terribly expensive, but stained and torn carpets, worn-out furniture and a very old and uncomfortable bed. I was in a corner room with a little balcony, which was nice. The TV's are old...you have to use a separate cable box. Oh, and all three front desk ladies have SERIOUSLY snotty attitudes.

Stayed 4 nights to attend a wedding and sight see. Unfortunately had a room over the lobby entrance and bar. Was kept awake a few nights by loud groups outside. Discovered our window mechanism was broken, so it didn't latch tightly, which contributed to the issue. Our room light shades were old with a few rips, wall paper in bathroom...

Nothing special about this place. Nothing horrible. Great location in the valley. Lots of new development for restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Relatively short drives to ski resort areas by I70 or Rte 6.

This is a lovely small inn with fairly large rooms, very comfortable beds, and is located in a great area for walking to restaurants, bars & along the river. We arrived very late but we're still greeted warmly. Had trouble with the room key so had to have it re-keyed. Otherwise, a good place to rest and such a beautiful...
