Rooms were very nice and clean. The hardwood floors mean that you hear your fellow travelers a little more than you might like. We loved having the extra room (two-room layout) allowing for a little more privacy and space to spread out. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

This hotel is listed as a 3 star. I would give it 3+. It's better than average. Pros of room. We stayed for 2 nights in room 216, an inside room with 2 rooms in which each had a queen size bed. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and I loved the bedding. It was very cozy. Each room had a...

This is a charming hotel! The first night we stayed in a smaller room as I had forgotten to make hotel reservations for our first night! It was a fun room! Very small and the bed was so high, we had to climb to get in. The next two nights we were on the third floor in a suite that...

It is seldom the case in the US that you look forward to visiting a downtown of a small city off the main highway. There are some wonderful exceptions, and one of them is Fort Collins, Colorado. The old business district is alive and well with a wise assortment of truly interesting businesses. To best enjoy what it was that...

Comfortable double-room queen. Interior room meant no view - but very quiet. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, best location. Friendly front desk staff. Jazz in basement bar on Saturday night. Convenient parking.

This is a beautifully updated historical property complete with courteous staff, a friendly lobby cat "Oreo" , and an excellent location! Staff were very professional and provided recommendations that proved to be excellent. Parking was readily available in two dedicated lots and I even had no problem parking my full sized truck in a space - something that can become...

This is a great historic hotel in the historic district of Ft. Collins. It is close to lots of restaurants and bars. The suite in which we stayed was very modern looking inside. It was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The elevator is very quirky, but fun....

Thank you for your review. We are working on replacing our current steam boiler with modern heat & air units for each of our guest rooms. Many of the rooms are completed; just a few left to get through during the holiday season. Our front desk agents are always available to help with either the new units or the steam...

This is the perfect example of an updated, fantastic, downtown, affordable, boutique hotel. The location can't be beat and the prices are totally fair for what you get. The rooms are simple and clean, I love the style. They offer free bikes to use. I have stayed here multiple times because of the location right downtown, walking distance to everything.

When it comes to Fort Collins the downtown corridor, "Old Town", is the place to be for great food, entertainment, and shopping. I know because I was a resident of Fort Collins for 6 years, while I pursued higher education. And if you want to stay in this great corridor, the Armstrong is just about your only option. Fortunately, it's...

What a great historic hotel! We stayed for a wedding and had a great experience with the staff, the bar in the basement and the neighboring coffee shop. The location is perfect for exploring Ft Collins. We stayed in one of their larger rooms which was totally worth the money-it was quiet and super comfortable!
