Wouldn't stay anywhere else when in the San Luis Valley area. Linda and Richard, the owners, are very accommodating and make you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff is very friendly and helpful. Love that the windows open for fresh air, no recycled hotel air. Most, if not all rooms have 2 very comfortable...

This is an older Motel that is located on the main road. There is very little traffic noise and the rooms are big with a fridge and Microwave. This Motel is pet friendly and a family owned business. The owners go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The WIFI works good and I will stay...

While the room was really spacious and clean, and the owner was friendly, I did have one big issue: even though my room was officially a non-smoker room, it smelled like a whole company of smokers had spent there a few weeks just before me. On the next day, at home, I wanted to put on a t-shirt I wore...

This is an older lodge, but it was comfortable and met my needs just fine, especially for such a great price. Owner was super friendly. Bed was comfortable, the appliances all functioned properly, and the non-smoking room was clean. I was a little annoyed at the lack of any outlets in the bathroom, and had to pull out the dresser...

The room was spacious and clean, there was absolutely nothing wrong with this place. Big parking lot, easy to find. Had chairs in front of the room so you could sit outside in the nice weather. Conveniently located near gas and food. Front desk was really friendly. Only $50 for the room and I think I got a AAA discount...

This family owned motel located off the highway leading to the Great Sand Dunes near Fort Garland, Colorado is a rustic, clean, retro-style cabin type experience. It surprisingly had a frig and microwave in the room, TV, hair dryer and soap and shampoo. I was not expecting too much as I arrived in the middle of the night and just...

Stayed here last winter after our RV had a freeze in the water pump, while working on our property in the area. Very charming motel. Owner is super friendly and the rooms are very big. We stayed with our two small kids and two dogs and had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Would definitely...

The rooms have two beds, a fridge, a microwave and a tv. Extremely CLEAN!!! Overall I was happy, and plan to return! Oh and while you're there, eat...

My family and I spent one night here on our way to Ouray. It was a mistake. I would have much rather drove the entire 15 hours than stop here. The owners were nice people, however when we asked for a non-smoking room, that is not what we got. Our room smelled terrible(like smoke)and was not clean. My dad's lungs...
