We stayed at this KOA for two nights and it was a nice place to stay for the weekend. My wife and I just purchased our 31' travel trailer and this was our very first time out. The site was a pull through and easy to access. I would prefer dirt/grass over the gravel, but it was still nice and...

We stayed in a camping cabin here and it was nice, great price and better than a tent. PLUS air condition! The location was good, quick drive to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, etc. right off the highway. The bathrooms were not bad but not immaculate. Great for family get away.

The staff at this campground is absolutely fantastic. We had booked the campground for three nights, but a snowstorm was predicted for the last day. The staff worked with us to change the reservation to two nights, with a "complimentary hold" on the third night. When the weather forecast changed and we felt secure staying the third night, a simple...

This KOA was very noisy with traffic and the train. Our biggest complaint is we have a very sweet calm 9 year old doberman that gives no trouble at all and they said we are no long welcome. Other than that it was fine.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your visit with us last fall, Kim. Unfortunately due to insurance restrictions, we are unable to allow dobermans as well as a few other breeds into the park. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused and do wish you all the best.

This KOA makes a good impression from check-in by the smiling, eager to help office staff to the obvious campground improvements underway. The place is clean and well maintained. Although the hot tub was not working, you can look past minor problems. Even the camground’s wifi was reasonably fast, even at 8:30 p.m. in the evening. A bit later I...

We stayed at the Colorado Springs KOA on our way home from a trip near Gunnison. While we don't normally stay in RV parks, our kids like to swim every chance they get. We booked one night so they could enjoy the pool before our trip ended. The facilities were very nice and clean, including the pool area. The kids...

We arrived on August 5, 2016 and stayed two nights. Clean park with plenty for kids to do. Like most KOA'S though, it's an RV parking lot. There are different levels of campsites to suit 99% of the travelers needs and the amenities to include a laundry, pool, playground, peddle carts, dog run and cabins.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Imagine waking up to the beautiful view of Pikes Peak (14,115 feet above sea level), the most visited mountain in North America. Visit Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds (try the Bat-a-Pult ride!) And other area attractions. Stay in a fully equipped Cabin, pitch a tent or pull into an RV site (including extra-large sites). If you are planning a rally or family reunion, this KOA has a hall for those scrumptious potlucks, or have them catered by the staff. During the summer, enjoy a dip in the heated pool or relax in the hot tub. Dont feel like cooking? Try the all-you-can-eat pancakes for breakfast or a homemade pizza or tasty barbecue plate for dinner. Pets will have a great time being with their families, meeting new dogs, running in the dog park or trying out the agility park. There are three horse corrals for your larger pets. With so many things to do at KOA and in the area, you will want to stay as long as you can! The campground staff looks forward to seeing you. ... more   less
