Stayed at the HI, Frisco for 6 nights while hitting all the surrounding resorts, Vail, Breck, Keystone, and A-Basin. Nice relaxing nights sleep and an even more relaxing soak in the sauna, hot tubs, and indoor pool every night. Overall a great and reasonably priced place to stay while hopping between the resorts with the Vail pass.

Relatively quiet room, competitive price, central location, free internet, Starbucks near by, right off the interstate (with virtually no road noise), & wonderful staff. We didn't try the hot tub or other amenities, but we'll stay here again

Let me start by saying that the service was super! We could not ask for any better attention from employees making sure that our needs were addressed. We received super attention from everyone from the front desk to the housekeeper that was just walking by – from this; we give the place five stars for customer service. However, we marked...

We booked late for New Years, so were happy to find a place. On the good side, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. On the bad side, the elevators are terrible (slow, don't open quickly, bump & grind as you go up and down) and the bathroom is poor. There is no ventilation fan in bathroom so when shower...

Decent hotel right off highway not too far from Keystone, no shuttle so you would have to drive there and park so plan to get going early. The pool is nice for kids. Hot tubs are hot, jet just ok. Rooms are a bit small-average size. We were a family of 4, parents, 5&8 yo they tried to get us...

The rooms were clean and they have updated the hotel since the last time we were here which was years ago. The beds were double beds and not very comfortable. The room had a fridge and a microwave with a nice tv. It was very hard to keep a constant temperature in the room. We ate at the restaurant twice...

We stayed in a double bed room, it was clean but a little small. It has fridge and microwave, but really no place to eat in the room. The location is very convenient, close to KFC, across is Safeway and Wal-Mart, and close to Frisco adventure park. The place would be more appealing if the carpet is updated... Some areas...

We stayed here about nine months ago and the value was perfect for what we received. Something has drastically changed since our last stay. The welcome on arrival was lukewarm, the general areas need upkeep and we barely had hot water in the morning. Just a few minutes ago, four police officers were madly pounding on the door across the...

This is what I wrote to their complaints department.. I am also a 23 year old college student so trust me, it does not take a lot to keep me happy.. I never go to these lengths to express my concern but I feel for this instance, it is a necessity. I bought two rooms at your Frisco hotel for...

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! The hotel Is ok the staff have NO idea what their doing. Breakfast is very expensive for it tasting like cafeteria food. My room wasn't cleaned and when I went to address the matter I was told "ok I will let house keeping know" the staff charges my card 3 times. They seem to be incompetent....
