The most wonderfully relaxing stay and fantastic staff!!! We have no complaints about the food as others have. But keep in mind this is a historic hotel with all the antique charm. The heating is radiator, so yes it gets hot and cool. It is very obvious that this beautiful hotel needs some love and updating. The rooms could be...

OK, I was under impression that I was booking a luxurious historical hotel. To my surprise, it looked like an old haunted lodge with rooms looking so awful, I almost went to another hotel without refund, but was too tired. I get the fact that it is a historical hotel with old furniture and overall feel, but it is so...

I'm not sure where to start with my experience. Before I begin, I need to say the staff did the best they could under the conditions they work in. I arrived at the hotel at 3:00 PM and was told the room was not ready and to come back in an hour. I arrived back at 4:30 PM and was...

The Hotel Colorado is worth staying at just because of its history of hosting Teddy Roosevelt and the story of the "Teddy Bear". Given the age of the hotel there are no modern amenities as other reviewers have noted. I found 2 electrical outlets in our room used for the lamp and TV....thus no coffee maker or fridge. The proximity...

It was a nice place to go. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. A great historic place to visit our stay in. The hotel has a great front sitting area and is just a stone throw away from the world famous hot spring.

Terrible from the start! The staff has no clue what is going on or how to find the answers to any questions you have. I asked about wifi upon checking in and got no response at all. Come to find out they do have it but we never got the password. The rooms are small, dirty and there is zero...

4.... first room was dirty and had cosmetic issues but the front desk clerk was amazing , and we were moved to a better room that fit the price with out hassle. All and all a good experience. The attitude of the staff even with a little mess up in room condition was very pleasant and cheerful.

We had a wonderful time in Glenwood Springs. We were a bit taken aback by how old/not updated this hotel seems but it was cool because it's unlike anywhere else we've stayed. The bar/restaurant was hopping when we arrived so we had a few drinks and good, inexpensive dinner. Bartender Ashley was great! The hallways and rooms in this place...

My mother and I were touring Colorado on vacation and I chose to stay at historical hotels across the state. The Hotel Colorado is beautiful and historic, no question. However, my first night at the hotel, there was a drunkin' party in the room next to me with people in and out of the room all night and yelling/screaming. I...

Great room and views. Wonderful historic hotel with shades of the past on every wall and around every corner. I ended up with an upper outside corner with plenty of Windows and cross ventilation but more importantly great views of the river and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
