Nestled in a prime spot, the Glenwood Springs Inn is often celebrated for its cleanliness, with spotless rooms that many guests find spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere is frequently described as cozy, enhanced by the inn's charming decor and amiable staff. While the amenities include ample parking and a variety of breakfast choices, it's the central location—convenient for hot springs and dining—that consistently garners praise. Despite some concerns about extra costs, the consensus among travelers is that the inn presents a good value stay.

We booked Glenwood Springs Inn as part of a "budget" option for our stay. I figured most of our time would be spent outside anyways, and a low cost option would allow for more activities. We arrived not expecting much, and were so pleasantly surprised! The motel staff are attentive, the rooms are beautifully decorated and have a microwave/mini fridge--plus a continental breakfast daily from 7-9 am! Location is perfectly located to so many great restaurants, shops, and activities. We came up on the train, and spent our days walking and exploring beautiful Glenwood. As a bonus, the rooftop area at the motel offers a great view of the surrounding mountains, and a nice space to eat. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying here. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. It seems to be undergoing a renovation in some parts so I imagine the rooms are being updated. Our room was plenty large for a couple. I liked that the breakfast area used real plates and silverware instead of disposable, better for the environment. The breakfast area is quite large. The price was reasonable and the location is good, a couple blocks from the main hot springs, and a couple blocks from the adventure park and Iron mountain hot springs. We would stay here again.

The motel itself is older but once you walk inside the rooms, they have all been completely redone. We loved the location it was within walking distance of all the things we wanted to do, which included bike trails, hot springs and the downtown area. They have a sun deck, which was a great place to relax at the end of the day. They have charging stations for people with electric vehicles. The room where they serve breakfast is set up like a large family room, so if you need a larger space to hang out in that room is perfect. Would highly recommend the motel!

We have stayed at the Glenwood Springs Inn for over 20 years. The owners and staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the complimentary breakfast offers many different items The location is within walking distance of both hot springs, downtown, and lots of restaurants.

Glenwood springs inn was clean and the room was nice. Did not have hot water in the morning for a shower but otherwise not bad. Service was nice, cleaning the walkways and let us know water may drip onto our car.

Visiting Glenwood can be expensive so having a hotel that is affordable, clean, within walking distance of everything, and has basic amenities is important. I slept fantastic, our room was clean, it took us 5 minutes to walk downtown, we enjoyed coffee in the complimentary breakfast, and we enjoyed the rooftop patio in the mornings while having breakfast. The manager was also extremely kind, she even waited up for us past midnight for us to check-in because our flight landed late in Denver. We would definitely stay again!

This is an older structure with rooms that have been somewhat updated. The rooms have exterior entrances. Carpet, lighting and some bathroom fixtures have been updated. The bathroom fixtures were in good condition and easy to use. The room was clean and had a single queen bed with a soft upper layer and a firm foundation. The linens were clean and soft. There were only 2 pillows, both of which were firm and thin. The desk location was not especially functional, and there were no electrical outlets near it, although the room had plenty of outlets on other walls. Heat/air conditioning were supplied by a relatively new Amana unit with easy-to-use controls, but it was somewhat noisy and it frequently cycled on and off. Blackout curtains helped screen out light from the outside, which was considerable. There was no road noise, despite the building being close to West 6th Avenue, a major thoroughfare. A large HDTV was mounted high on the wall opposite from the head of the bed; the channel package was basic satellite with no premium channels. The receptionist was cheerful and helpful, especially considering that my room had been booked for the following week by mistake. The complimentary continental breakfast was fairly basic with bagels, cereal, etc., but there is a Village Inn within walking distance. This property is a relatively comfortable and convenient stay for budget-conscious travelers.

This is a great place to stay. It had a comfortable bed and wonderful large floor plan that is not the typical hotel plan. There is even a glass block window in the bath that can be opened if needed. Will be staying here again.

I stayed here with my family for one night. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was simple but very good. I was impressed with the Corel plates and metal tableware -- it was so nice not to have to eat off of paper plates! Very ecological too. Very nice owner and staff. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay! Walking distance to the hot springs, restaurant row, and Glenwood Caverns and Adventure park. It's always helpful to have a microwave and mini fridge to provide some meals on your own, and they also offered a continental breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and spacious enough for 4 of us. When we asked for 2 rooms close together they gave adjoining rooms which was even more helpful.

Are you near the Amtrak station and do you offer a shuttle to it or any other attractions? Thanks

It would be a LONG walk of about 1/2 mile. You have to walk across the Colorado River pedestrian bridge. You would need to carry / stroll luggage. Glenwood Springs is a very walkable town.

There is continuous bus service between Aspen and Glenwood Springs. I would contact Roaring Fork Public Transportation or look them up on-line. I know they publish a schedule. Good Luck!
