Traveling through to Nevada and to hit hot springs for a two night stay. Located a mile or two west of the downtown area and the springs pools (and other side of the highway). Easy to find with GPS but a bit tricky due to flashing through traffic circles (to minimize street lights). The lobby area is rather dark and directly in a high traffic location. Fast check-in though. 2nd floor room was as expected, clean & tidy with small fridge and microwave. Beds were clean and comfortable. The AM breakfast was limited in variety and served at a table where I had to take my meal to my room to eat due to COVID-19 safe distancing mandates. Offerings: sausage, pre-made scrambled eggs, yogurt, bananas and oranges, apple & orange juice, coffee. A Dairy Queen and gas/convenience store located across the street. Noise: only issue was listening to child's footsteps over our room around 9:00 PM during our stay. Overall, average for the price range. Includes a small, free safe but no instructions left in the room. Wifi: yes & free. Did not see or use pool or a workout area. Overall, average and reasonable for the price.
Hot springs: We stayed on the weekend so the hot springs (Glenwood Pool and Iron Mountain) filled up quickly. We did use Iron Mountain but to get in to The Glenwood Springs
Pool was not to our liking due to a long line at 10 AM. We immediately adventured to (small & primitive) South Canyon outside of town and had a great time. We'll be back in the area in the future but would be willing to try another hotel experience.

Highly recommend this property! We stayed here on two separate occasions in April, at the beginning of our trip to Glenwood Springs and then again after a side trip to Utah, 6 days total. We received a warm welcome from Ray at the front desk before checking in to our spacious and clean room. We had beautiful mountain views and the hotel was very quiet, with comfortable beds and nice amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast was complimentary with a variety of hot and cold items. Coffee, tea, and cocoa were available all day.The hotel is in a convenient location. This was a perfect base from which to explore the area.

The room was great. Lots of room. Good parking. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The staff was pretty good except for Teal who was working the front desk. She managed out check in. When we had asked about our room (with a kitchenette) not having a toaster in it, she said there was nothing she could do. I asked if there was one in a common area that could be used, she said no. This was wrong, there was one available for use during breakfast hour. Later in that week, there was a problem with the tub in our room. We were moved to another equivalent room with a kitchenette and it had a toaster. Weird..
The front desk person named Ray was great. Any questions we had he knew the answer to and he was always kind and friendly. ... moral is ask for Ray if you need help, avoid Teal!

This place was really nice, really clean, and the staff were really friendly. At check in, they were very concerned about hygiene and mask wearing which, while maybe inconvenient, gave me confidence we would be safe here. Breakfast was okay, having eggs and waffles (not just danishes). But the staff really made the stay memorable with recommendations and discounts and directions. Will definitely come back with more of our family!

The room size is great for a family of six. The location was central to our activities. I understand covid has changed the way hotels perform their daily operations, but I feel this hotel didn't even try to put in effort when it came to breakfast. Normally, they serve a full hot breakfast. Instead, we received a brown bag with over ripe bananas and under ripe oranges for breakfast. My family had just left a hotel in Canon City that still provided cereal, toast and bagels, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The parking lot is small and we had to park across the street both nights. The front desk staff were also less than enthused to be there.

We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. The room was spacious and mattresses comfortable. Carpet dated and dust on furniture and lamps. Bathrooms were clean. Wr had brown bags for breakfast with moldy oranges and squished sugar filled pastries, definitely sub-par. Had some issues with neighbors smoking marijuana & the smoke smell carrying. Not a bad place but dated and expected more for $159 per night.

The hotel has been in some renovating which didn't affect us or our sleep and the manager explained this up front. The breakfast area is unique in that it had windows to look out and the setup was excellent with eggs, waffle maker, cereal, juice, fruit, milk, etc. Located close to a scenic area Colorado River and wildlife. At check-in, I believe the manager (from Michigan originally) checked us in and he was very knowledgeable of the area and places to eat and which hot springs he thought we would like. I had enough points for a free room. Since we live in SW Kansas, we would definitely go back here and stay.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. Its location is very convenient, right off the highway. There is the river near by for rafting or the hot springs is a great way to spend the day relaxing. The dining options in town are great as well! The free breakfast is nice to help save some money while vacationing too!

Great stay. We were able to check in a bit early which was great as we arrived a few minutes early. Wesley was very welcoming and attentive. We received an upgrade from our room. Breakfast was a bit mediocre but there were blueberry waffles!
