It is a lodge type of décor. Fairly dated but clean. The staff is very enthusiastic to meet and greet you. The hotel offers a large 25 person hot tub, swimming pool, washer & dryer laundry area. The bed is fairly hard with over stuffed pillows with an outdated window AC/Heater that is noisy. The fan in our bathroom sounded...

From the front desk staff to the breakfast servers to the cleaning lady, we had the best service and hospitality! We played games by the warm fire. Clean, cozy, comfortable rooms and beds. Fresh & good breakfast. Large jacuzzi. Laundry. Close to hot springs; 20 min to skiing. Walk to some. restaurants. Our 1st choice to stay.

Clean spacious room with better than average decorating. Delicious free breakfast. Staff friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend! Was not able to use pool or hot tub due to lack of time/late arrival. Loved the fireplace in the lobby and the welcoming rocking chairs outside the front office. Relaxing and restful - would have loved to stay there a few...

You can walk to the Glenwood pool from their location. It's of the main drag and easy to get to. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have an indoor and outdoor pool. If you need laundry facilities, they have that too. They have a good free breakfast. The rooms are clean and up to date. The one things that...

Our room was extremely comfortable. A large bed and bathroom area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My husband and I arrived to the main lobby at 9:25am for breakfast and although it closed at 9:30am the staff was very friendly and told us to come right in and help ourselves. My only difficulty with ny room was that...

This was a cool little hotel with condo style rooms that felt more like a cabin with high wooden ceilings. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was a good spread but if you are there for more than a few days it could get old as it is pretty much the same thing every day.

Good location, nice staff. Breakfast service has been ramped up from our last stay - clean and staff replenished food immediately. Very good. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. Wish for more choices on tv.

My husband and I took the Amtrak train from Utah to Glenwood Springs in October 2016, We stayed 2 nights at the Best Western Antlers and had a very fun trip. We walked to the hotel from the train station, and chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Glenwood Hot Springs. We arrived before our room was ready,...

Spent one night, the room was ok, the bed was a bit too soft but tolerable. The really annoying part is, you can hear everything! People walk by your window, on the stairs next to your room, talking in the next room, walking in the room above...
