Room was booked on short notice & representative with a British accent was so helpful in finding the best room for 8 at the most economical option. We ended up with a adjoining room that included pool access (2 entries) & breakfast. It worked out...More

Our stay was wonderful and the value is fantastic. The room rate included entrance to the pool which is not cheep on it's own and a very nice, above-average breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful we had a great time!!!

I have no idea; but, as per my review, just make certain you're getting totally correct, accurate, up-to-date information from whoever you spoke to. That was our problem.

I am pretty sure it is. I don't know for sure, but most hot springs are open in winter. You could call to make sure.

Unfortunately, we don't have the Keurig coffee pots. We have the 4 cup pots in the guestrooms and a complimentary coffee bar in the lobby if you only need a single cup. Thanks for your inquiry!
