No hidden fees. Friendly manager. Comfortable beds. Clean. Updated rooms. Don't be put off by the outside appearance. Quiet night even though located on a busy corner. Microwave and fridge. Hot water for showers. Take extra shampoo and maybe a hair dryer. Dryer in bathroom heated off quickly. Budget rate. Close to Palisade for activities without the Palisade rate. Would...

Don't be fooled by the old "route 66" look of this little motel. It is a GREAT place to stay! I typically stick to chain hotels when traveling, but decided to take a risk on this property due to the great reviews. They didn't lie!!! All of the rooms have been redone, are extremely clean, and surprisingly spacious. A very...

Our room was so cute and well decorated and, more importantly, it was immaculately clean. This motel has been owned by the same family for 19 years, who are lovely. It is nondescript on the outside but a joy when you enter. As I exited my room in the morning, the husband told me to go get some breakfast. It...

The room was nice, the beds comfortable. It was nice to have real comforters instead of the usual hotel stuff. Sheets and towels were soft. My only issue is if you plan on arriving late or leaving early find a different hotel. We are traveling across country and sometimes things happen. We got a call at 9pm asking if we...

I stayed at the Columbine Motel for a few days. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. The owners are very nice and were very accommodating. I would recommend the Columbine Motel to everyone. I will stay here again my next visit to Grand Junction.

This is such a neat little place! It's clear the owners really care about the quality. One morning, the owner made sure to have several different types of flavored creamers for me (without me asking). It's the little touches that make someone want to come back, and this place has it. From the completely comfortable beds and the quality comforters...

We stayed here based on other reviews. Based on the little notes and the list of rules posted on the night stand we get the distinct impression that guests are simply irritants to the owners who get in the way of operating a motel. Or maybe they just get a lot of rowdy travelers. The 16th inch sliver of soap...

Loved the central location as I had to be at Mesa early in the morning. Great linens and comfortable bed. No carpet, which makes it feel cleaner, but didn't feel cold. Good shower, nice people at reception. Love having a parking space right in front of my door - like a true motel.

My first impression is fresh linen.. love the smell of the room the moment you opened the door..then you'll see the room decoration like something you see from HGTV make over, doesnt feel like hotel, its more homey and cozy.. and its really comfortable. However, bathroom is a little small and the dining area is really small too..you have to take...

As many said here before. Hotel is very clean. There was a small confusion in booking. I didn't get my king size that I booked, instead got double bed. She was very apologistic. That didn't stop me having a goodnight sleep. I would definitely recommend to all.
