On vacation from the UK. If you are heading for the Rocky Mountain National Park, stay in beautiful Grand Lake rather than Estes Park. Delightful main street set by Grand Lake and the Rockies as a backdrop. If you take my advice, stay at the...More

This is a good place to stay in Grand Lake and not break the bank. Clean and basic accommodations but that is all you need if you are there to visit the park. There is a Dairy King next door that has a number of...More

This is the second time we stayed here and were very pleased once again. The rooms are clean and a nice size. We were able to watch hummingbirds right outside our window. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

I want to know about activities in Grand Lake versus Winter Park? We are traveling with 2 24 yr old men so want to know the best place to stay with enough to do. WP was originally suggested to us but another person felt that Grand Lake had more to do in the summer? We will have a car so can travel to other areas. Thoughts anyone?
