The house was virtually NEW. Five bedrooms each with a bath, two community areas and a heated garage. This was the first time we've rented a house and this one exceeded our expectations by a mile. Right in town close to shops, restaurants and a grocery. The house was in PERFECT condition and we had no issues whatsoever. I can't...

We had a great vacation thanks to the hospitality of Mary and Tom. The location is perfect. It's with in walking distance of the lake, trails, river, restaurant, shops, church and the park is a short drive. It was a real Rocky Mountain experience in the most beautiful part of Colorado. We hope to return to make more fond memories....

This complex of cabins has been our favorite place to stay for years. The cabins come in several sizes and are always extremely clean and well furnished. Some have full kitchens and some have mini-kitchens. We like the one called Henry Schnoor, which is a one-bedroom with separate living area and separate kitchen. Also, faces the main street so is...

It was a last minute trip. Found this cabin (Rendezvous) available a week before the holiday weekend. That should have been our first clue. We did have a great time and the cabin slept/fit three adults and two children well. But we had to strongly discipline our minds and hearts to not let the condition of the cabin affect our...

We were lucky enough to have chosen to stay here two nights in a row, and we were so happy we did! We stayed in the Eagles Nest cabin. As advertised, it felt like were were in a tree house. It has a beautiful view to the south and west from either inside the cabin or outside on the spacious...

We stayed in the Rendezvoux cabin. Nestled against a berm; covered picnic table area with pretty lights for nighttime. So nice to have 2 bathrooms! Wifi included.....and a good signal. Simple layout...perfect for a cabin. Comfy furniture; large couch in living room, great mattresses. Spacious dressers in the bedroom. Nicely stocked kitchen. Warm electric heat with separate controls in each...

My husband and I spent 7 nights at Grand Escape Cottages. We rented the "Eagle's Nest" cottage. It sits above the other cottages and from the deck you have a wonderful view of Grand Lake. Mary, the owner, is friendly and gracious. The cottage is set up like an efficiency apartment; we had a small kitchen, sitting area, bathroom, and...

Cabin and location were nice. Overall very clean except the sink in the bathroom looked like they had forgotten to clean it after the previous guest left. It has some residual mouthwash or toothpaste in the sink and some makeup (foundation) as well. They must have just been in a hurry and forgot because as stated above it was VERY...

We had a large group and rented 6 of the cabins. All of the cabins were very nice and comfortable. We cooked all of our meals there and enjoyed the outdoor dining spaces. Location can't be beat and there are so many things that to do within walking distance. Very pleased with service as well!

We stayed in Deer Trail cabin from July 6-9, 2015. We previously stayed in another cabin during the winter. This was a perfect choice for us, located just off the end of Grand Avenue and near Grand Lake. The cabins are rustic and nice. Mary was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes managers can be stingy when renters request clean towels...
