If you have the chance to come here - do! The location is great to explore the Dales. The rooms where beautiful and the food was excellent. The porridge for breakfast was my favorite, as was the cheese plate. The staff was also so helpful too. I give the Inn 5 stars for everything!

The Timble Inn is beautiful. We stayed the night after our wedding. Our room was gorgeous, nothing was to much trouble for the friendly staff. The restaurant food was delicious and beautifully presented. Service was excellent in all areas and Timble is such a lovely quaint village. Thank you

Upon arriving the staff were friendly and the room was furnished lovely (room 8). We were a little, disappointed of the room size for the price quoted. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The downside was that there was no where to sit either before or after the meal to relax. We felt like we had to retreat back to...

We had friends staying here for two nights on a golfing trip and met them for dinner. The place was unusually quiet instead of being full, now I know why. Very disappointing. The service was average, and the food below the standard anticipated. Chateaubriand was not pink as requested but overdone. The sea bass was minuscule. Two small pieces two...

We went a few weeks ago for lunch and really enjoyed it. The place is lovely and the staff are really nice. We stayed over for one night and the room was excellent. The meal unfortunately was a bit disappointing. I had the sea bass, which was one fillet cut in half two prawns, very little veg, some lentils cooked...

We had a two night, midweek stay at the end of July and were really happy with all aspects. The food was delicious, fabulous presentation and the restaurant had a really good atmosphere. Can't understand some of the more negative comments recently posted but, hey, it's a free world! Room 4 was our choice this time, at the front of...

After having a fantastic meal here a few months back my partner and I decided we would treat ourselves to staying over this time and I am happy to say we were not disappointed! As before the food and service were excellent, the seafood platter to start was just amazing and the Chateaubriand to share was just perfectly cooked. There...

We stayed at the Timble after being recommended by a friend of mine. And I thought it was excellent, the food was simply amazing big compliments to the chef, excellently cooked and very well presented. Plus the fact that the restaurant was not packed and noisy definitely helped, just a lovely atmosphere. Everything was homemade and clearly fresh including the...

We stayed here 2 nights & we all felt let down by what was on the website. There was no white company toiletries, the only place to sit & have a pre dinner drink was at the bar or a very small sofa area enough for4 people. The bathrooms are small & dated. The bedroom is a good size &...

We stayed recently at Trimble Inn but certainly not Luxury rooms or Fine Dining. It os an old village pub which has been modernised. No drawers in the bedroom & a small hanging space with a curtain for clothes !! No room for a wardrobe, drawers.or a chair. A very small en-suite with no shelf for a toilet bag. We...
