The couple that own this Inn are really special, friendly, caring...they do a great job of making you feel at home. We stay here for business on a regular basis and it is always clean, comfortable and the breakfast is included in your room rate, so really nice.

Very comfortable, clean well kept rooms. Beds were comfortable, service was very good and the owners and workers were very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast were good and always ready. Only one downsize. the visitor's in the room above ours were very rude and obnoxious. They chained smoked constantly and when they were done with a cigarette, they would throw their butts onto the parking lot. Many of those butts landed in the back of my truck along with spit. They were yelling at each other from 4 am. These people had Kentucky plates on their truck. That been said, I will be staying here again, when ever Im in Hotchkiss.

This is a non-chain inn. However the rooms are very clean and have plenty of space. The rooms include a fridge, microwave, hair dryer and tv with Direct TV. The folks that own/run this establishment are the nicest folks and are very accommodating for your needs. Stayed there 3 nights and I cannot think of anything that would keep me from recommending staying there if you are in the area.

The Hotchkiss in was very nicely appointed and looked to have been completely remodeled relatively recently. Pleasant room decor, comfy and clean beds, laundry on premises, wonderful hot breakfast in the mornings, and very pleasant staff. Great stay!

Older motel but updated and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom area was tight but great hot water and pressure. Breakfast was cursory cold items but filling. Clerk was pleasant. The setting is beautiful and outdoor seating areas very pleasant. Very nice small town.

We stayed here for two nights based on the positive reviews and the dog-friendly policies … and we weren’t disappointed! The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful; the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast set up was as good as we’ve had in the past 12+ months. Location is central - you can walk anywhere you need to in town. If we return to Hotchkiss, we will be back!

The rooms are very clean, the breakfast area is delightfully prepared and most importantly, the hosts, Kris and Andy Bartol were gracious and available to help us. We were a group of 3 women who bicycle Colorado and we look for places like the Hotchkiss Inn. Would definitely return. The Bad Bettys

This is a standard mid-20th century motel, not an inn. The beds, baths, and amenities are basic. After hours, the office is closed. On the plus side, the rooms are clean and the property is well located for visiting the Hotchkiss/Paonia area.

Sorry, you had a bad experience. We really work hard to make this place a home away from home kind of a place. And we do work 24-7 here. After hours we have a doorbell outside that we come running to when it rings.

We enjoyed our stay here, very clean and tidy with pleasant staff. Chris is the best and treated us like family. Next time we are in the area we will certainly book there again. The western slope is so beautiful and the view of the mountain from our window was breathtaking.

Staff was very friendly and hospitable to all of our employees while they stayed there. Was very helpful when we had to add nights at last minute. Rooms were clean and quite. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great experience and place to stay.
