This could be an amazing destination... but it is really worn out and there is no hospitality. There were literally men swimming in there in their boxers, along with many patrons in clothing/no bathing suit. There are no concessions, so we packed a cooler and used the empty dining room upstaira to eat lunch, as no food is allowed poolside....

This is a wonderful place for couples or families for a weekend retreat. It is near Denver so not a long drive. It has an amazing indoor pool with no sulphur smell. The water is a comfortable temperature and very family friendly. The caves are great for relaxing. VERY hot water, but QUIET. Talking is not allowed and so is...

The walls are paper thin in the rooms, the place is loud and old. The 'private' tub was disgusting and I was concerned about the cleanliness of the place. The pictures they have on the website make it look much nicer than it is. Trashy.

We have visited several time with great results. This time I took my wife up for a overnight stay and to relax in the pool. The Hotel bed was so hard that we did not get any sleep and the pool was at 92 degrees. While visiting we found out that we had not been given the weekday rate do...

Have been here numerous times over the last 20 years. This is my last trip. The people at the front desk acted like the lights were turned on and nobody was home. The old iron heaters in the room screeched and snorted starting about 10pm - got up and turned it off. The place is not fun anymore - make...

We planned to stay at the Indian Springs Resort due to the historic significance of the place and the hot springs themselves. The hot springs were very nice!! The water fed from the springs was very hot, and relaxing! We really enjoyed that. The rooms were clean, but a little dated, with little amenities, but we still enjoyed our stay!!...

This place is awful! The beds are very very HARD, the plumbing doesn't work properly. We were not able to take a shower and the toilet didn't work. We requested pillows and they never brought them. Some of the lights didn't work. TThe phone was sticky and dirty. When we spoke with management, Kelly Castellano, he did nothing to help...

Relax people! Everything is not about amenities and being pampered by others! We arrived at 3pm and were checked in by a very friendly, informative front desk person. Went to our room across the street (building to the right). Our room was on the second floor and the end of the hall. This is an older building but maintained well....

This place is terrible, Do Not waste your time. The write ups in the guide books sound interesting, but it is not! The place was built in the 40's and has not been updated. The room in the main building only has a half bath, sink and toilet, no shower or bathtub. The room across the road have a full...

The Pros- We were in the beautiful mountains and had a wonderful dinner at the BBQ restaurant right in town. The Cons- My credit card got charged twice and they still have refunded me the amt., The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on concrete, The private hot tub that we reserved was so hot that you seriously...
