Have been here numerous times over the last 20 years. This is my last trip. The people at the front desk acted like the lights were turned on and nobody was home. The old iron heaters in the room screeched and snorted starting about 10pm - got up and turned it off. The place is not fun anymore - make... More

We planned to stay at the Indian Springs Resort due to the historic significance of the place and the hot springs themselves. The hot springs were very nice!! The water fed from the springs was very hot, and relaxing! We really enjoyed that. The rooms were clean, but a little dated, with little amenities, but we still enjoyed our stay!!... More

This place is awful! The beds are very very HARD, the plumbing doesn't work properly. We were not able to take a shower and the toilet didn't work. We requested pillows and they never brought them. Some of the lights didn't work. TThe phone was sticky and dirty. When we spoke with management, Kelly Castellano, he did nothing to help... More

Relax people! Everything is not about amenities and being pampered by others! We arrived at 3pm and were checked in by a very friendly, informative front desk person. Went to our room across the street (building to the right). Our room was on the second floor and the end of the hall. This is an older building but maintained well.... More

This place is terrible, Do Not waste your time. The write ups in the guide books sound interesting, but it is not! The place was built in the 40's and has not been updated. The room in the main building only has a half bath, sink and toilet, no shower or bathtub. The room across the road have a full... More

The Pros- We were in the beautiful mountains and had a wonderful dinner at the BBQ restaurant right in town. The Cons- My credit card got charged twice and they still have refunded me the amt., The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on concrete, The private hot tub that we reserved was so hot that you seriously... My wife set up a weekend getaway for my 60th birthday and booked us for what we thought was going to be a relaxing weekend. First of all I can not understand how you can not have air conditioning in the rooms in this day and age. Not even a fan, oh you can bring your own fan from home!... More

Went up for a romantic weekend and didn't even stay the night. First we reserved a private outdoor spa. The first spa was broken so the moved us to another spa that was so hot we couldn't even soak our feet when we tried to leave the spa the lock was broken so I had to pry the door open... More

The resort at first glance can have you raise an eyebrow or two. However to disconnect from the world for a short while, the resort helps fill in that gap. Very old rooms but comfortable beds, a busy parking lot but quiet inside. Not a bad stay.

Ok, first I'd like to say that this is a property that is over 100 years old so people should not expect 5 star luxury. Quit being so bougie. We really really enjoyed our time here. The room was fine, not super updated but did the job. We stayed in room 202 in the Inn. I do have to say... More
