Don't expect much. This place desperately needs an upgrade. No one to help you with luggage. Concrete columns in entrance are chipping away. Check in staff short and snippy when families checking in. We were in room 638 and the hallways had strong odor of pot. We have children. The room's decor are are outdated. In our room there are...

Booked hotel room late late Saturday night Mar 11 and had to cancel on Wednesday morning due to trip being canceled. Tried to work with the resort and booking site but was not able to negotiate a deal. Reservation is for 3 days in the first week of April but was told cancellation charge is 100%. Seems unreasonable being that...

Stayed for three nights on a business/pleasure trip. Nice, clean and comfortable beds. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone willing to guide you and help you in any manner (within reason ie). Walking distance to slopes and all restaurants and village center, although there is a free shuttle that runs frequently in case there is inclement weather or you simply don't...

Booked this place along with plane ticket on Expedia for good value. The room had a wonderful view. They have 3 outdoor jacuzzis, very nice. The breakfast was great and included in room price. We also had diner there a few times, nice place. Recommend for people with kids and dogs as well. 5 min walk from slopes, and 5...

Great place to stay . Great value for money. We paid about $200 per night ( had booked in summer for Dec) Price included breakfast, parking, resort fee and also free ski passes for kids under 12. We were there for 5 days. Super cool and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was crowded for 2 days around Christmas. But again...

This was my first time staying at the Inn at Keystone. Hannah and the other front desk staff provided excellent customer service during my week at this hotel with friends. I enjoyed the underground parking at this hotel. The underground parking saved me from having to wipe snow off of the windshield every morning. In the event that all of...

It was adequate but if you don't have a car....stay clear. We were there for a Ski/Snowboarder Summit and should have booked a condominium at River Run for convenience sake. Front desk was very attentive and gracious. The bar/lounge closed very early and we encountered the meanest and rudest Bart tender in my 53 years. The only thing missing was...

Location and staff were terrific but the condition of the hotel is terrible. The mattress appeared to be heavily damaged and their were soiled linen which we discovered two days in a row. Most if not all hotel furniture is warm and soiled and elevators need a makeover. The first day breakfast buffet was a combination of cold scrambled egg...
