Our family of 3 stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The size of the room was average but seemed small, especially considering all of the equipment we had brought for skiing. Each room has a locked locker on the lower level for skis, but the locker is too small to fit boots. The somewhat dated bathroom was also...

We found the inn very very dated with need of some repairs but very clean. The staff was extremely helpful The amenities were wonderful and the breakfast what we expected. I had mountain sickness for two days and the staff was very helpful with remedies and considerations. The unlimited filtered water and tea was welcomed. Would stay again but don't...

Reserved here instead of Keystone Lodge through AAA due to discount without any problems. We checked-in around 3:30 pm and it was quite busy at the front desk with many other people doing the same thing. Front staff was very professional and did very well despite the demands placed from the people checking-in and phone calls coming in. The lobby...

This was an unexpected stay. The location was great and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. We did not have one unpleasant interaction. It was located along the shuttle run (it's free and operates until midnight) so we did not drive at all during our stay. Parking was full when we got there but we were...

It is a nice place with great customer service. Easy to ski in and out - little bit of a hike to slopes. Breakfast in the morning was good. It is dog friendly so seeing all the dogs in winter gear was cute. The rooms were clean but outdated-but who cares your there to ski. Rooftop hot tub was gorgeous...

We are booked to stay at this resort in a couple of weeks but I want to brag on Anne Marie who works the front desk. I called because the representative at Expedia would not allow me to change dates of reservation. Anne Marie was extremely helpful in helping me to get this resolved. I look forward to my stay...

Good location within walking distance to the slopes (snowboard boots). The restaurant/bar are quite nice, serving a good meal and different beers. The room was tidy and clean with a bathtub. As a european I don't care about AC. I was there on a business trip, but as I recall the room was a bit pricey (140$/night). The shuttle bus...

Really, kind of hard to imagine? Nice hotel in a beautiful mountain town and you bake all day( not Colorado baking no pun intended) Everything else was grand but this one thing in August is just too much. Hotel needs renovation and the ability to make cold air when it is 85 degrees outside. Any other time of year would...

The modern and attractive outside is in sharp contrast to the dated, tired, uncomfortable rooms inside. What a disappointment. Our room was not especially clean. Hairs on the bathroom floor. Tiny little bugs in the room, couldn't tell if they were fleas (realized too late that the hotel allows pets). Not sure what we received in exchange for the 'resort...
