Clean and attractive older hotel. Owner Maryann was very welcoming and attentive in making sure my needs were met. Nice beds and easy access to bathrooms across the hallway. Can't beat the price. Would stay again, no question.

Really cool old historic hotel with all the comforts of home. Very fair prices. The owners are incredibly nice, and their attention to detail is unsurpassed. This hotel was their dream for 40 years. Rooms smell and look great. Stop in and see them!

In this little out of the box town The Hotel Eastin is 100% charming, different and feels like a home you need away from home, if you're traveling through don't even think about not staying here ✔️ and breakfast at the Moose Cafe will cap it off 😎

This place was a gem! The couple that run it were very sweet and have put a ton of work and attention into it since they bought it four years ago. The rooms are themed (some still in progress), like the Colorado Room, the Zane Grey room, and the John Denver Room! I would highly recommend stopping by on your...

A friend and I stayed in the Colorado Room during a "Girls' Weekend". It had been recently remodeled/redecorated and was an eclectic and pleasing mix of styles. It has two Queen beds, a nice flat screen TV, a small fridge and microwave and a small private bath. It was clean and comfortable. The owners are accommodating and even had fresh...

Wandering out of Rocky Mtn National Park, not knowing where to stay we stumbled upon Maryann's and Walts! So happy we didn't stay at the chain hotel in town. This was comfortable and clean. They are the perfect host and hostess! They immediately made us feel right at home. As someone else said, don't let the outside fool you, it...

Thank You for the review. We have been working so hard to complete our mission. The last we will do is paint the outside of the hotel. Putting on a new roof has set us back a little , but has not stopped us. We are trying to finish the John Denver room this year. Hope to see you back...

Mary Ann and Walt have done an excellent job of refurbishing a turn of century motel and brought back the family feel. Priced right, clean, and welcoming. Touring Colorado on motorcycles and stumbled onto this gem, was like going home to visit mom and dad. Good restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel has a lot of character! I am very glad we decided to stay there. The owners were very nice and very helpful. We arrived on a Friday night and on Fridays they have homemade cookies:). We were passing through and decided to get a room. After a short prayer, God led us to the Hotel Eastin. Walt and Maryann have put every effort in maintaining the history of the hotel and those whom shaped Colorado. We stayed in the Zane Grey room that was restored beautifully and tastefully decorated. We highly recommend the experience and...
