Spent 3 days on business trip. the hotel is at dead end of residential street in Uttara where you won't find any convenience shops or public transport. Rooms are very small, little uncomfortable interiors. TV is on left from Bed, not in front. Laptop table is too small to work comfortably. Bathroom was modern, but lacked space. Cleanliness is good. Restaurant staff is courteous & housekeeping is great. All our requests were met quickly with smile.

Comfort Inn opened recently as a hotel with a bit of confusion on who they want to serve and how. It is meant to be a business hotel but also has elements for family travelers. The rooms are spacious for two people, have a comfortable bed, nice granite floors, air-conditioning that worked quietly and well, clean and spacious bathroom ... most of the basics are covered well. The new hotel has a few teething problems but they did not greatly impact my stay. My room did not have a desk and chair and the staff organized something quickly to take care of the situation. The breakfast was okay befitting the 3-star status of the hotel. Staff at the hotel are quite eager to serve the guests but require more professional training and orientation to provide the service more efficiently. Overall, the hotel is good, value for money, and an option I will consider in the future.

I along with my family (Wife, kids and in laws) stayed at Comfort Inn Dhaka last week for two days. It is a great hotel at excellent price. the hotel is very clean, and at par with any good 3-4 star hotel e.g Radisson, holiday Inn etc in the USA. The service is outstanding and the staff is always trying to exceed expectations. I was especially impressed by the GM Mr. Kamal Hussain, who personally takes care of the guests. Food is great, and they also offer excellent complementary morning breakfast. I would stay here again during my next Dhaka visit.

I was confirmed a super-deluxe room by e-mail in Texas 7days before I arrived in Dhaka by a Mr. Hossain sales Mgr... Of course when I arrived the room I was promised was not available. They put me in a smaller room and I asked for the inconvenience could I have one breakfast buffet this morning, Mgr on duty said yes, I then said I better not see this on my bill... He assured me I would not. After twenty hour flight I slept and after 4 hours they said get-up you need to change rooms.
I had to repack half asleep, and sent to a hot room. The breakfast buffet was out of food 45 minutes before end of buffet both days I was there, they refused to make more. asked for a Mgr 1st day to complain, no one showed up after 30 minutes.
Do not be fooled by there by there picture of a Pretty blue-watered pool...It is not filled until you ask them you want to swim,,, To stupid to keep a pool clean Remember they can not even keep the breakfast buffet with food. Checked out after two days and guess what? The free buffet I was promised was on the bill. I called them morons and after 5 minutes of fighting they took it off. I was 5 taka short on paying my bill, after all this trouble I went through, they were persistent on trying to collect this. I told the front in Mgr what he could do with the 5 Taka, He began to repeat in bad English SHUT-UP, Shut-up. I told him come across the desk you Bangladeshi Moron, I'll hit you so hard your mom in Daulatdia will feel it,,, My wife ushered us out before I broke the brown, rat-faced, desk-boy in half. Stay away from this hotel, better-off sleeping in a Bosti. Before you think this an isolated incident I see others have the same opions about never coming back!

So, they book a room, confirm the booking website expedia about availabity and then lie about it. Also, in the process they get to sell you room in a different property of their.

When you don't agree to pay, They inform you that they can't give you room till 10:30 pm. That is good 8 hours after normal check in time.

Staff is useless, so is most of the management team. When they provide room they add to your misery by informing that they can't give its keys and they will open the room for you everytime you wish to go out.

Housekeeping forgets to put bottles of water in the room.

When you tell them that they should arrange transport to airport (which is 10 mins away) free of cost for all the pain and agony we suffered because of them, one manager says yes and later other one says no we need to pay extra.

Hospitality is all about attitude and they completely lack the attitude to provide great service.

There is another property opposite to this place which is better in terms of quality of service and staff attitude.

Saying our experience was terrible is an understatement in this case. Perhaps my worst hotel experience ever.

Hotel looks pretty ok except the mouse issue in the room. One night while I was sitting in my bed, I noticed a small mouse moved under my bed from the main door of the room! When I complained to lobby, they sent 2 gentlemen to check the room. They said they couldnt find any mouse there and put a towel under the door of the room. A few hours back, this time the mouse appeared in the room itself and moved towards to the door but jumped back from the towel and disappeared again. I run to lobby and changed my room. When I asked to lobby, whether any issue happened like this, they confirmed another guest also faced it. They charged me my complete stay without any complimentary etc and sent some pesticide reports to my email box.......

I was the first one to review this hotel. This is my third stay. I am not coming back here because I can see how badly the hotel has deteriorated in a short time. The entire hotel smells of stale food. I was allocated a smaller uncomfortable room. There is only plug point at a very uncomfortable location to charge the devices. Last night the room was invaded by a bunch of mosquitoes and a little mice that scurried under my bed. The rooms are not sound proof at all. You can hear your neighbor opening and shutting doors and closets clearly. On top of that the hotel's Chairman's birthday is celebrated on 8th floor as a loud party. The music is blasting into my room in 701 from 9 pm till now (10:45 pm). When I called the reception, they offered to change my room. I am changing the hotel.
