This place is over priced. Cigarette burns were in the sheets. There is no a/c, but there is a fake unit on the wall. If you have a pet it cost an extra $50 if they find pet hair in the sheets of the bed, after you have already paid a pet deposit. By far worst hotel.

The location of this motel is perfect, right on the main street of the historic district. But, the room was not as clean as i would like and it smelled like cats. I was able to get some fabreeze at the gas station which helped. I talked to the manager, who is a very nice man, about the floors which...

The price was very attractive. The value we got in return included shelter form the elements, relative safety, shower, hot water, toilet, heat, bed. Based on that, it was great value. The attendant that night was not helpful or friendly. The bed comfort / condition was questionable, sheets and room in general were not clean. We were on a camping...

Hotel rates around town where high due to the Leadville 100 race but this hotel should not have charged such a high price for such a poor quality room. The room was not cleaned well - there appeared to be some kind of bodily fluid on the wall near the bed. The flooring had several sizable holes. The bed was...

We were here the night before hiking Mt Sherman so we could get an early start. This is your classic mountain motel, the same bedspreads from the 60's and older furnishings. I got a kick out of the pink sheets. It was clean, had wifi, a TV, refrigerator, coffee maker and hot water... our needs were simple on this trip....

The smallest parking lot I have ever beheld was the BEST part about this place! The curtains were so thin that we had to take the bedspread and tack up over the window for privacy! Of the 3 mismatched chairs in the room, every one of them had urine stains in the center of the seat. It was a very...

Though we were glad for the place to stay in busy times and it was conviently located, 94 dollar a night was highly over-priced. The smell of decades of smoking in the room was kind of persistent. No airconditioning.

A groups of us had no where to go due to bad weather moving in so we decided to bunker down for the night at this motel since it was so convenient. The upside was that it cost $55/night (plus tax) but the downside is once we got into the room we discovered there was no AC. The 2 windows...

I enjoyed my stay there in late July. I enjoyed the staff who were accommodating. I got there on a Friday night although I had booked for Saturday and Sunday and they accommodated the extra night. If I find myself coming back to Leadville, I would not hesitate to stay there again.
