This is a standard midline hotel. It is efficient, clean and affordable. There aren't any bells and whistles with your basic room. So, we upgraded to a jacuzzi tub and it was well worth the little extra. It was so nice to come back to the room and soak after exploring downtown and Garden of the Gods. The location was...

This hotel was a nice surprise. Very affordable and the room was comfortable. A mini fridge and microwave was a bonus. The beds were soft. The free breakfast was very good with a lot of choices including ham and cheese omelettes, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Everything about the experience was great - quiet room, fast check in/out, good breakfast and convenient parking. But once again the bedding is a comforter (too warm) or light weight bedspread (too light to use alone). We had to lower the temperature in the room to 64 degrees to get it cold enough to use the comforter and then you...

The man at the front desk was super-friendly and very helpful. The room itself was clean, calm and very cozy. Also the pool area was, compared to other facilities in this price-range, very clean and nice.

This is your standard hotel but nothing fancy. The breakfast is standard but the space was neat and tidy. The staff is very nice. The refrigerator in our room did not work. Location is good for the attractions.

We've stayed here twice while in the Colorado Springs area. Hotel is clean with a nice indoor pool and hot tub. Basic rooms and decent breakfast included. Not walking distance to anything but very short drive into Old Colorado City or Manitou.

Nice place to stay, conveniently located for a climb of Pikes Peak the following morning. Nothing out of the ordinary, nor were we expecting it to be -- just a nice, clean place with large rooms and friendly staff.

Nothing special, but better than the older hotels in the area. Staff was very friendly. Carpets in the hallways could have been more frequently vacuumed. Convenient to the town of Manitou as we as Pike's Peak.

On our pre-Thanksgiving trip around Colorado, we decided to book this hotel based on other Trip Advisor reviews we had seen. Manitou can be quite expensive, especially if you want to stay right in town. Though this place was a little more than I was hoping to pay, it was conveniently located and on the way to things we were...

We have stayed at a few Choice brand hotels. The staff was friendly enough. The hotel is a little worn and needs some TLC. Our room was okay, the tub in the shower had a hole in the floor. The fridge was unplugged, the pool lights were not turned on for guests, the toaster in the breakfast nook was broken....
