Rude front desk clerk, annoyed she had to repeat room options as we were trying to decide which one to pick, hey we were very tired it had been along day. Chose a room the minute we open the door there was a terrible odor inside, we believe it to be dog urine! yuck! we were desperate for room, because...

Nice place, cabins that fit my family. Nice people, fantastic play area and pool. Clean and quiet. Just wished they had laundry and were a little cheaper. But was comfortable and very kid friendly. Not far from manitou springs.

Nestled between two highways, these cabins provide convenient access to local activities and attractions. Budget-friendly with no frills. Some units have updated kitchenettes and updated bathrooms; others need some attention. Kitchenettes are very minimally stocked but you can ask for what you need at registration.

We stayed at El Colorado from 2nd-4th July (3 nights) in Cabin 26. It has 2 small rooms, with a King bed and a Queen bed. Cabins have their own patio/picnic tables outside. We enjoyed it despite a few drawbacks. We wanted to stay in a place with character and it definitely has that. The location is great and it is close...

Loved the cabin. We were in #11. The first day one of the tvs stopped working. We didn't bother complaining, not there to watch tv. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back. 5-20 min from everything. Our kids thought that was great. Manitou Springs was a lot of fun. Me and my son went hunting all the...

My husband and I stayed in cabin 29 (a duplex unit) for two nights. There are three beds total: one downstairs, with a mini-fridge, microwave and table for 2; another bedroom upstairs with 2 full beds and a bathroom with shower/tub. Fireplace is decorative only. Very comfortable, spacious. Easy to find, nice location near the entrance of the Garden of...

I really like the ambiance of this retro (actually original) adobe-style travel court with individual little cottages in the Southwest style. In the winter some of the cottages have working fireplaces which would add to the "cozy" factor. Also, the furniture is original Monterey style from the 1940's or so. There is also a children's play area in back and...

I love this place! My husband and I stayed in cabin 21 when we eloped to Colorado from Oklahoma...and we already plan to stay here every year when we return to the area for our anniversary! Rooms are very clean. Good water pressure and abundance of hot water! The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Views are amazing! Highly recommend!!

Warning - Hotel specifies pet friendly, IT IS NOT. Stayed with English Bulldog one night. Hotel charged $100$ to debit card stating they had to wash comforter because dog hair was present. One night? How much hair could possibly....? and $100....? Short haired dog. After a battle, they reduced charge to $30. Stayers beware, if they can do this they...

I am very sorry you are not satisfied with our agreement of $30 instead of $100. Normally, if there is an issue we keep the entire deposit. I felt that $30 was fair. We are a pet friendly hotel and require the $100 deposit for incidents that can happen. Unfortunately there was hair and it had to be cleaned so...

Our family rented several “cabins” here while attending a funeral. We had guests from out of state and thought that these cute adobe cabins with multiple bedrooms would let more of us get together than normal hotel rooms – and would save us some money from the big chains. On our first night, they had messed up our reservation so...

I want to first start off by apologizing for the heating condition of your room, that is unacceptable and unfortunately I was out of town and was not aware of the condition until I arrived back. I would like to invite you to stay with us again and discuss further options to make this right with you. Thank you and...
