Room was dirty found a rotted apple in the drawer. All flat services had something in them. Window screen was kicked out and cig butts every where. Was told they can’t do anything about it because of safety due to homeless people leaving syringes everywhere. Hallways smelled of smoke really bad once the housekeepers opened all the empty rooms to clean. Breakfast sucked. I asked to be contacted by management but no one ever reached out or took my calls.
My brother and I needed a place to stay in Manitou Springs, and were very satisfied with the accommodations at Days Inn. Staff friendly and helpful, room spotless, gorgeous view. Everything was just great!
Had a young man name was Anthony very polite and helpful. One of the best places we stayed Anthony went out of his way and wish everyone could be as nice as him. Our room was wonderful that he took care of. Would stay again.
Very friendly staff, and clean comfortable rooms. From the check-in through the check-out, all was good. I didn't like the Covid breakfast. It was very limited, and not consistent with other hotels in the chain, during this trip. We ended up going out for breakfast.
Since our last stay, the road getting in & out is in much better condition. The hotel itself was always in good shape & still is. Nice staff, clean room & good water pressure & temp. We didn't need the AC. We checked in early & finally got a ground floor room with a great view. See deer out the window in the morning made up for the Green Giant in the room above us -STOMPING with every step !! Too bad we stayed during Labor Day Weekend & all the attractions & restaurants were packed. Live & Learn.
