The condo, which is off property, was clean, always my first priority. The living room furniture was really 'broken down' and very very uncomfortable. There should have been instructions on how to use the tv/dvd setup - we four tried to figure it out with two remotes but finally had to ask the front desk. The kitchen wasn't equipped too...

Will not stay here again! The room was on 2nd floor, long flight of stairs to climb! The room also had a strange odor and smelled old. We had issues with the front desk when we tried to reserve an extra night. The manager told us they had a room for us but we would probably have to change rooms...

We had a great stay in Twin Peaks. Easy to find and within walking distance of all the bars, restaurants and the hot springs pool. Their own hot springs were really really hot, so much that we didn't really enjoy using them, but that's the Irish tolerance for heat for you. Breakfast was OK. The room had amazing views of...

Ouray is a cute town, so if you aren't going to spend much time in your room this place was ok. We didn't have any toiletries provided, so bring your own. Staying in the 1 bedroom with hot tub, I felt a bit misled. I thought we had a private hot tub but it is set up like a ski...

Great place to stay in ouray. Ended up at the condos and they were excellent. The staff is super nice and the breakfast is very good. Hope to be back next year. This place books up fast so call ahead.

We had a great view from our second floor honeymoon suite. The price was reasonable, too. But, overall, the two managers seemed overly busy, hurried and not very friendly. We were there in late September for two nights. The bar was closed for the season. Too bad. The heated pool wasn't warm enough, but the indoor hot tub felt great....

This place was heaven on earth for us 3 ladies on a girls 6 day vacation. Surrounded by beautiful mountains on all sides and having 3 choices of which hot water we wanted to get in there is no comparison to any other lodge. The owners were great, so was the people working there. The breakfast was super and the...

Headed to Ouray for a fall-color vacation and was delighted with the friendly staff, cleanliness of our lodge, wonderful buffet breakfast each morning. The friendly greeting upon check-in and continual friendly helpful hints during our stay enhanced our vacation. Ryan is a Superman who is total hands-on with all aspects of running the lodge. He oversaw breakfast each morning, was...

We had booked three nights at Twin Peaks Lodge but had a change of plans and couldn't stay there. I called to cancel expecting that I would probably be charged for the first night since it was less than a 24 hr notice. I was told I would be charged for all three nights because my reservation was for three...

We found this place to be a perfect, reasonably priced lodge and hot springs. The staff was helpful and friendly; the rooms were much nicer on the inside than the outside would suggest and having a hot springs right on the property made it very special. Don't be fooled by the old timey look of the place; it's a well...
