My dog and I arrived at the San Juan Motel this past Friday afternoon. We had reserved cabin #7 for $115+pet fee+taxes. The motel kindly allowed us to check in several hours early and we headed to our cabin. We pulled our car to the cabin and there were hotel workers blocking where we could park. Overall, the parking was...

I would like to start off and say I never wright bad reviews but really would like to make visitors aware of this place. The motel was very dirty. When first walk in cabin smells like mold. Carpenter ants all over floor.Box spring had a brown feces or mud like stain . The head board of the bed had white...

We are so, so, sorry to hear how disenchanted you are regarding your stay with us over Memorial Day Weekend. I read your review and immediately addressed your complaints with our front desk staff. Strange that the "unapproachable, rude and frequently not present" front desk man stated that you never came to the lobby to complain about anything! (?) Also,...

We stayed one night with our dog in a cabin. Good outdoor access, it was easy to walk her in the adjoining pasture area. It was clean and had all the necessities. Not too many extras, but we'd consider staying here again with pets. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Beautiful area! Oh, and a great wifi connection!

I booked this through TA... I arrived and found I could have got a cabin for the same price as a room. Bummer. Beds are not that comfortable. No microwave in room. Dated room. Now the good. Clean room. Friendly staff, close to downtown and springs. Continental breakfast was good. All in all not a bad place just don't book...

Thank you for you honest and candid review. We appreciate our guests letting us know where we can improve and we are working hard to update our rooms and cabins. We do not have microwaves in our basic rooms. However, there is one available in our hospitality room for our guests to use from 7 am to 10 pm. We...

We stayed in cabin 15 and it was perfect for what we needed! Bed for the little one, an awesome little kitchen, and it was so cozy! We were able to walk across the street to a bunch of shops and it's not a far drive to other shops and great restaurants in town.

Very friendly, accommodating and hospitable. Stayed one night with our pets. Not too noisy, but wasn't full either. Not fancy, but comfortable. Nice little continental breakfast, was great for the kids! Not a Hilton but very clean and comfortable. Will stay again!!

I read some good reviews on tripadvisor and therefore decided to stay here. We were very disappointed. First, the room door was jammed and took a while to open. There's no light in the shower, and no shampoos. The worst was that the sound proof between rooms was very poor. We could hear the noise from the TV the next...

We stayed in one of the two bedroom cabins for two nights. The second night was just fine but did not make up for the nightmare of the first night. Whomever was in the cabin next to us had loud arguments, loud activities that should have remained private, played loud music all night long until 6am. The parking lot was...

The people who run this motel bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable since the pass was closed so we couldn't go skiing. We got stuck in the snow and they provided salt and shovels to get us out. There is a breakfast room with fruit and cereals and a hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of...

We stayed there last week and the cabins are simple and convenient to the rental shops and food. All of the people there are wonderful and they are so representative of small town "we want you here" type of people.
