NOT Vail. NOT Aspen. Thank heavens there are still real places like Pagosa Springs. I love The Springs Resort. A peaceful and authentic Colorado spa. Stars. Steam. Clean air. Friendly people. If you need to get away and want a world class spa in a great spot, this is your place

This is my favorite hot springs. I love that it is open 24 hours to hotel guests. I love the pool selections and the atmosphere. I have been to several and I think that this one is worth the drive no matter the season. Plus it is a gorgeous drive! It was a get away and birthday present to my... More

The hot spring pools were very nice and soothing. I appreciated that the temperature of each was posted so we had a choice of pools. The cost was significantly more than the room was worth, and no breakfast is included.

We celebrated my 45th birthday here. The 4 of us arrived early and were able to start soaking right away until our suite was ready. The suite was wonderful, clean and comfortable. We called to have towels and additional robes delivered to our room and they were there within 5 mins. The tubs are so relaxing and all of different... More

Check in was a terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and acted like they were doing you a favor by checking you in! Guests brought several dogs into the hot springs area even though pets are not allowed there!

Great experience overall! Would like to see at least a breakfast restaurant on site. Our room was very comfortable but would have preferred brighter colors and lighting. I would definitely recommend the spa to everyone. Truly memorable.

We reserved a 2-bd suite for $300+. We are in our mid & late 60's and once the suite was ready (after 4:00pm), they put us on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The room was old, limited furnishings, and reeked of Sulphur from the huge spring below it from the AC in the wall. We had asked for a... More

We had a great weekend! Weather was wonderful! I think we would go during the week next time. Seemed like a lot of kids this time compared to our past visits. Enjoyed the adults only section! Very clean!

Spend your lodging dollars elsewhere in Pagosa Springs unless you don't mind be treated like a gullible fool. If you request early check-in, and are willing to pay the price for it, they have zero apologies for practically laughing in your face when you get there at 11am and make you wait until 3pm like everyone else, Blatant unapologetic liars...
