Well what can i say, Hotel lovely & clean and i must say we got looked after like royalty, Not your usual buffet style evening meal as there wasn't many in the hotel, Breakfast was buffet style the usual AI snacks through the day but the evening meal you had salad bar open but only got 2 choices for main course which was cooked to order & must say very tasty because it wasn't stuck in the warming trays for hours. It was all waiter service food and drinks bought to your tables with sanitising stations throughout the hotel. Social distancing wasn't a problem with the amount of people in the hotel. We had our grandson with us so if any of evening meals wasn't appealing to him they offered to cook him anything off the All Inclusive snack menu. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. I have to give a special mention to the 2 barmen who looked after us, Takis was absolutely fantastic making sure you always had a full glass in front of you & the Chef Malis who would cook our grandson absolutely anything he asked for. Unfortunately there was no entertainment on in the hotel due to Covid but they did catering for outside parties witch first weekend they did a christening then on the Friday we had the Limassol Fest live band on which i enjoyed too much. All in all we had a ball, Have to take my hat off to the Pack Beach Hotel & staff who looked after us you couldn't have done any better.

Limassol isn’t necessarily a tourist location , it’s a busy thriving city with the added advantage of having a great beach too.
We stayed B&B at he Park Beach hotel, I can’t fault the hotels great selection to choose from for breakfast hot or cold or both if you want,
The staff are very pleasant and accommodating especially the lovely bar man Takis a true professional at his job,
The room was very comfortable and very clean as it was cleaned daily .
Lovely pool area or literally a few yards away from the beach if that’s your preference.
We used the beach and the two sun beds and parasol were only €7.50 per day.
Plenty of choices to eat out close by and long promenade to walk or cycle along with lots of next bikes to hire along the way.
There is road noise at the front of the hotel, but let’s not forget it is a city .
Would definitely recommend

Had a fantastic two week stay at the hotel. Great location in front of Dasoudi Beach where you can find comfy sunbeds (€7.50 a day for 2 beds and umbrella), we stayed on B&B board and mainly travelled into old town/old port in the evenings as lots of nice bars and restaurants (wander off the main square to find some really good cheap places to eat), however there are a few nice places to eat near to the hotel as well, recommend The Cabin and The Garden. Rooms are of a high standard , reception staff, managers and waiters are so friendly, but special shout out to Takis who has got to be the best barman ever, remembers your preferences from day 1 and even got me a special bottle of dark rum to try. Highly recommended.

First they tried to take my money two days before my arrival even though I booked from Booking with free cancellation. I called them to get an explanation and they responded that they had right to do so. The Reservation Manager, then pointed that I had to be at the hotel by 15:00 or otherwise he would have given my room to someone else. At our arrival which was around 14:15, they asked us to wait until our room was ready. After thirty minutes of waiting we got our keys for the room. Though, the cleaners were in the room trying to clean our room so we waited another 10 minutes. Following that, we realised that the hand soap was empty so we asked them to come by and fill it up. Later while we were resting we find out that the bedsheets had blood stains. We called at the Reception in order to send someone to change them but nobody came the first time. After 15 minutes we called again and then a cleaner came and changed them completely.

We stayed for 11 nights on a half-board basis. During the first 15 minutes of being in our room, I found I could not fully close or lock the patio doors. This was due to a broken patio door lock backset. Reception quickly allocated another room for us on the next floor with a much better side entrance to the bathroom; rather than one that faced the beds.

Rooms are all externally accessed and even though we were not next to the road, we could still hear traffic noise. This could have been reduced by a better fitting front door.

The room was a good size with ample sockets, ones either side of the bed also had USB ports. The balcony had plenty of room for two adults, complete with a table and two chairs and a great view of the sea. Within the wardrobe was a safe and this was free to use. Personally, I found the bed ‘too springy’ and uncomfortable.

There were also issues with the flooring especially by the front and patio door as water ingress/mopping had caused it to buckle and warp. The skirting board also needed attention, in places it was poorly fitted.

Hot water, or rather lack of it! Apart from three occasions where the water was hot enough for a shower, rest of the time it was between tepid and lukewarm. The maintenance man did try to solve the issue but to no avail. The bathroom looked smart and newish with a sliding glass entrance door. However, the room would benefit from shelfing as there was very little space to put toiletries etc. Our shower leaked and the pedal bin was rusty.

Food. It looks great on the Hotels website, but in reality it was nothing like it. Food was poor, just about the same every day and never hot. Greek night was no different apart from stuffed vine leaves. Fish was served three times during our stay, but small white chunks and not in a fillet as shown on the website; no sign of anything that resembled a steak though!

Sweets were also the same every day and consisted of jelly, some types of blancmange and diced apple in juice. The only other fresh fruit was thinly sliced orange and grapefruit at breakfast time, no natural orange juice was available.

Positives. All the staff were helpful, chatty and did a great job. The location of the Hotel is its strong point; it’s a stone’s throw away from the sea. One can walk into the centre of Limassol, avoiding the busy road, by using the beach and walkways (about 75 minutes). Or you can use the No30 bus at a cost of 1.5 euro per trip.

We haven't been to Limassol in twenty years and have seen many changes, this hotel is close to the beach and lots of places to eat and shop. From the moment we arrived the staff have been welcoming and friendly while also extremely efficient in all aspects. We had a room on the top floor overlooking the beach which allowed us a lovely sea breeze on our balcony. WiFi, fridge, safe and air-conditioning all included in the cost. Breakfast and dinner were better than average in most three star hotels and we had plenty of hot water any time we wanted to shower. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols and a lovely walkway along the back of hotel was pleasant both morning and evening. No complaints at all.

Avoid. hotel is very clean, and also outside area and rooms, there is basically a motorway outside front of hotel, very dangerous to cross and not referred to in details, food at hotel is awful same every day mostly salad, meat is really dry and even my dog wouldn’t eat it jelly and blamange for dessert every day there was 1 day we had cake, all food is lukewarm nothing was hot bread was held over from the day before dry and stale
Male staff unfriendly but female staff were really helpful.
You get no freebie’s of shampoo or shower gel, rooms have a fridge, but no tea coffe facilities, beach towels are available at reception for a small deposit
Wont be going back again!

We booked a weeks holiday at the Park hotel in Limassol after looking at so many hotels in the area.We decided to go with it because it was a good price and the hotel was right on the beach surrounded by trees.
We were greeted with a smile and the barman Takis was the most warm lovely guy who always made the time to talk to us and make us feel so welcome.
The staff on a whole were very nice,we were bed and breakfast and enjoyed the selection of fresh food including fruit, cheeses, yogurts, pastries ana all the cooked food like eggs, bacon and toast. There was something for everyone.
Our rooms were very nice and modern and we had a view of the sea.Comfortable beds and great water pressure from the shower.
No need for adapters either if you are british.
The mini fridge was great for keeping water cool. The air con was brilliant and very much needed.
The staff that cleaned the rooms were so hard working and extremely lovely, one of them helped me style my hair after seeing me struggling to to tye it up in the seriously hot weather.
Drinks and food from the restaurant were not over priced and there was a good selection,a small supermarket just outside was very helpful as it was too hot to go far and there is a great ice cream place 5 min walk which has the most amazing flavours.

would recommend the Park Hotel to anyone that wants a nice hotel thats clean and has a nice atmosphere close to the beach.

The location is good, and so is the food. However, do not be fooled by those photos of the beach - the hotel does not have a beach, you have to pay for a public and overcrowded beach near by. The staff are nice, but cleanliness is low. The cleaners come at 10AM latest, and if you don't leave the room by then, it will not be cleaned. Also, you will not get fresh towels in that case. The terrace in front of our room was never cleaned in 10 days we spent there.
The safety is also questionable if you get the room closer to the street and on ground floor as anyone can come in from the street. And that is a busy street with cars and motorbikes running around all night.
Beds are lousy, too.

I have to say this has been one of the most enjoyable holidays I have been on in a very long time.
We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a lovely young lady and thought this is a good start.
The hotel just got better and better from that point onwards. Zenon the boss, kyri and takis who worked the bar to name but a few went above and beyond to please, not just us but every single person staying in the hotel.
The food was great, the rooms were immaculate with a great location on the beach.
There was a regular bus service which can be taken to the zoo or marina and old town which was every fifteen minutes for 1 euro 50 for a ten minute ride.
There were plenty of shops, restaurants around the hotel with a convenient store outside the hotel entrance.
I have to say you will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel. I give it 20 out of 10.
Sounds silly but I really can't fault this hotel.
I look forward to returning at the first chance I get.
Real people who care about their customers. Thankyou

We did not see the option to hire beach towels at the reception whilst we were there . We always bring our own as it varies from hotel to hotel but overall it is a very good hotel.
