Great hotel right on the beach. (Accross A1A) The assistant manager Lea made us feel so welcome. Very friendly, informative and professional. We had some beach equipment delivered and Lea made sure to let us know when they arrived for drop off and pick up.. The hotel offers some beach chairs, boogy boards and small umbrellas on a first come first serve basis. The umbrellas were too flimsy to withstand the wind on the beach, so we were pretty happy with our umbrella rental. The hotel is in the middle of doing some updating and at the moment the breakfast options are limited to some prepackaged pastry items, apples and granola bars. Somehow I booked an accessible room, which was a little weird for us. That is room 101. The only issue was that the room was litteraly next to the reception area. So, great easy access to coffe in the morning, but a little noisy until all hours of the night. If you are sensitive to noise, book a room facing the hill, not ocean (bcs of highway A1A) and ask for the second floor. The bed was extremely comfortable! The housekeeping was on point, too. By noon our room had been thoroughly cleaned, although they were fully occupied. Will definitely visit again!

Unlikely to return. Disappointed. Badly. Paid twice what is charged just four miles away for a horribly misrepresented "King Suite". King? Certainly. Suite? No. Exactly the same room pattern as the very least expensive room but with an "ocean view" across the A1A highway. Yes, one can SEE the grey ocean, but with traffic and air conditioners running nearby, you certainly can't hear it. Relaxing on the balcony demands circumspection, as you are in full view of both beach goers and all the highway traffic. Add to all this that the hotel is renovating (without advance notice, of course) and has errors on their booking.com page, and a relaxing getaway becomes much less relaxing. This place has some potential, but charging a huge upcharge for a "suite that isn't" is an intentional dishonesty that will prevent me from returning when there are so many other options.

Overall, a good experience. I'm big on keeping American dollars in American hands and this hotel is Indian owned. I didn't think to ask if it was American owned when I booked, so that's on me. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful when asked. The rooms are a little small. You have to let each other pass by. Our room was a little musty smelling when we first arrived but quickly aired out with the balcony door open. The beach view is okay except you can't really see the beach! You can see the ocean though, through the utility lines! The other guests were nice. I would say mostly an older crowd. The pool was a let down because of it's size. They have a sign that says "10 person limit", and that's pushing it. The pool and deck area were clean though. The hotel is out of the main hub of activity, but not a long drive to attractions.

A group of friends came down for a relaxing spring break as we are all teachers and needed to relax before the last push to finish our school year. We found the rooms to be clean and exactly what we needed for our visit. We were looking for something affordable, near the beach, and near town. This had all of those things! The staff was excellent. We traveled down on Easter and we’re going to be late checking in. We called before and when we had not arrived by the time we conveyed the front desk staff called to check on us. This was thoughtful as we were traveling at 2am. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The beach is directly across the road. You do have to cross A1A which can be busy at times. The internet was not the best. I dropped my zoom call for a graduate class a couple of times because I would lose service. Other than that, everything was wonderful!!

The king room with a regular shower and ocean view is not worth $174 a night. I feel we might have been a bit hoodwinked during the check in process as we walked in from a long drive to check availability. Check in was lengthy due to computer issues and a not so skilled attendant. The room itself is fine, but for that price there should be ceramic coffee mugs not paper. The view is ocean, but also a busy highway! I would not recommend and would not stay again.
